[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works great on the many dishes that are used where I work, King Senior Center. I used Cascade at home as well until my dishwasher would not pump the water out and I had a time getting the water out. I will be buying a new dishwasher in the near future unless I win this one. Currently I wash by hand and use Dawn. I use Gain in the laundry.

I love Cascade and consider this a proven brand. I don't even try the other brands. I know this product will work every time. My only objection is packaging. I prefer the hard cake to the gel. With even the touch of the hand to a gel pack, the casing will melt. I use a flower vase to store the gel packs in my window box and they even stick to each other; causing the gel pack to melt. I have quite a mess near the end of the vase. With the hard cake I don't have this problem. The window box does not get sun so this is not the problem; it's the soft packaging the gel is in. Other than this, the produdct does perform.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a couple of different brands, some with a lower cost, but I finally decided that I get what I paid for. Cascade has always cleaned my dishes AND pots and pans and leaves no spots. I will never use another brand, so please keep it coming.

I've used a lot of products over the years and cascade is by far the best of them. I still can't bring myself to not rinse my dishes before I put them in the dishwasher...maybe one day I can cringe and actually do it lol but with rinsing before hand, I love this product and will keep using it. :). Thanks Cascade!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried other brands but with hard water they didn't look clean or had water spots on everything. With Cascade Action Packs Platinum I don't have to worry. Everything comes out clean and spotless.

I recently attended a food and drink type show and was given sample packets of Cascade Complete action packs at the door. I have always used Cascade powder in my dishwasher. I tried the Complete Action packs and my dishes were so much cleaner and shiny looking compared to the powder. I was glad to have received the samples because I will now purchase the packs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Cascade Platinum. It is the only detergent we use for our dishwasher now. We have tried others but they all leave residue or don't get the dishes completely clean. I don't have to rinse my dishes before putting them in either!

My dishwasher has been leaving a residue on my dishes. I thought it was the dishwasher and was told that the phosphates have been removed from all dishwasher detergents per government request. I don't know if this is true but your products no longer work in my dishwasher and I feel if you remove a working ingredient from a product you should let the consumer know. What do you suggest I do? Thank you for your time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade products are very good, but cost more than other products that work just as well. I always add Dawn to my dishwasher anyway, so having in the pac is not that important, and cuts down on the cost when you use Dawn anyway.
