[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using a store brand dishwasher detergent and thought I needed a new dishwasher. My dishes looked old and cloudy. I bought cascade platinum to try and was amazed with the results in just one use. I will never go back to store brand again. My dishes and glasses shine.

Half way through the container the gel packs were stuck to each other and leaking. Reaching into the container was disgusting. Just this morning I had to pry three apart, which rendered one complete garbage, spilling powder and gel (luckily into the dishwasher). I will never buy these again!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a 10 month old and a 5 year old can get quite messy, especially when they eat. My Little one likes to mash her food on the tray and in her bowl and my 5 year old son likes to leave unfinished cereal in his bowl without any milk in the sink. Any parent can understand where i am going with this. I take her high chair tray and bowls that have food stuck to it like super glue and throw them right in the dish washer. Especially dried on, caked on and hardened cereal bowls and throw in a cascade packet and my worries go away. When the dishwasher is finished, not only are my dishes are food free and clean, but my dishwasher is also clean and has a fresh scent. No more musty dirty smelling dishwasher.

I have used the action packs with Dawn for well over three years. On my last trip to the store, my normal selection was unavailable. I bought the cascade all in one action packs instead. Unfortunately, they have not done near the justice nor worked half as hard as the other brand I normally purchase. I tried them for two weeks to no avail, they just do not pull the particals or clean the dishes to an acceptable measure. I will not be using this specific action pack again.

This product leaves a overpowering smell on the dishes especially dishes that are heated up later like cooking pans, coffee cups, bakeware. In reading other reviews on Amzon I see that others have the same issue. I have a 90 pack that I now have to throw away.

I tried all different things, different combinations and such nothing worked until I got these. Not more white spots, no more steaks or water marks. Won't use anything else!

I my 34 yrs. of marriage we have been thru a few dishwashers and have tried many different detergents! Several years ago, our dishwasher repairman told me "if you want to keep your dishwasher around for many years and want to keep your dishes coming out clean - use Cascade - it's the best!!" Since then, I've strayed a ew times, but always ended up going back to using his advice and returning to cascade! When Cascade Complete came out - I tried it and quickly began using it and never used another dishwasher detergent! A few months ago - we updated to a new dishwasher and used the trial packet that acame with it i another brand - performed "just OK" imo. Needless to say, went right back to using Cascade Complete in our new dishwasher!! I'll NEVER swith, again!!

I have tried other generic brands and they don't compare to the power of Cascade. I highly recommend this product to anyone!! You definitely won't be disappointed and after you use Cascade Platinum you will not want to use anything else!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this stuff! I do use two packs instead of one each load, however we do absolutely no pre-wash unless the dog sneaks in a lick. Having a good dishwasher helps, but having a go soap is key. This is the only product I will buy. This website FORCES me to choose the next brand I buy but there is no other. Bad survey setup :-(.
