I have been using Cascade for years and been quite satisfied with it. It has always out-performed everything else on the market. When Cascade came out with a rinse aid, I bought that as well and was happy. This Cascade Advanced is leaving a white powdery residue on all the plastic things in my dishwasher that concerns me. I am particularly displeased with this stuff on ALL MY CHILDRENS' SIPPY CUPS! I am now going out to buy another brand of dishwashing detergent in hopes of getting all this residue off my plastic.

I use Cascade platinum for my dish washing and it cleans better than products that claim to be equal in performance. Plus it doesn't affect my septic system. Thanks, PG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] okay, I guess. maybe my dish washer is just old, but, I still get junk left in the pac holder... I have tried the liq. I seem to be getting dishes out to rewash.. um.. I guess its better than what mom always used.

My dishes, both plastic and ceramic, are left with the very strong odor of Cascade powder detergent. Why do we need a scent to wash dishes? It's HORRIBLE. Please consider an unscented product. I am stuck with this particular powder as it's the only one without too many water softeners, which ultimately destroyed my last dishwasher.

I have tried many other dishwasher detergents in the past and they have left not only residue on my dishes, but in the dishwasher itself. The cascade complete all-in-one actions pacs are absolutely the product for me!!!!!!!!! My dishes come out clean and shiny everytime, and I never have problems with gritty white residue in my dishwasher like I did with other detergents. Thank you Cascade Complete!!!

Cascade Platinum pacs are the best dishwashing detergent ever formulated. They not only get the dishes and glasses the cleanest ever, they also keep the inside of the dishwasher clean. I had film on all my dishes and glasses until I started using Cascade Platinum.

Love your product. The only complaint we have is opening the package of Cascade ActionPacs. My husband had to use a pair of pliers to get the latest pkg. open. Needless to say he was quite frustrated. It says "tear here", but that very seldom works. Many times have to use scissors to open the pkg.

She had a dishwasher, but felt it did not clean the dishes properly. After trying Cascade Platinum, she uses her dishwasher regularly and Cascade Platinum is the ONLY product we will use!

What a wonderful product! Now I can have my family actually put in the soap with no fear of my husband putting in too little or my kids putting in too much! It cleans much better than any other dishwasher product I've ever used! Keep up the good work!
