I had quit buying Cascade (complete/powder or gel) because of two things: it clumps (either form) in the dispenser, and will not dispense. My dishes are coated with un-rinsed product. AND it doen't matter whether I directly squirt the recommended rinse agent into the bottom of the machine PLUS adding it to its own designated dispenser or not. Something has drastically changed about your dishwashing detergent, and I switched to another brand. The other day, I was forced to purchase Cascade Complete, and DO I REGRET not just driving the extra 5 miles to get the other brand. Your product is a poor excuse for a detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first home when I was 53 and it came with a dishwasher. It had been years since I used one, so I tried a few different brands before I used Cascade Platinum - it's the only dishwasher detergent I will use - love that my dishes come out spotless - and no pre-rinse of dishes is needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is so easy to use. Just put the packet in the soap cup and let it work it's magic. The dishes came out sparkly clean without any film or residue. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants clean dishes with ease.

I have been a loyal cascade consumer for years but this product does not work. I have tried it in 2 different dishwashers with the same results. The pack doesn't fully dissolve and the dishes don't get clean. I just threw it away and went to a different brand for the first time in almost 10 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only detergent I use! My dishwasher is old and I found myself having to run it twice to get things completely clean, but once I switched to these platinum actionpacs I finally found something that worked!

I have an old dishwasher that you have to pretty much wash the dishes BEFORE the dishwasher tries to, and even then you have to check them as they come out. Somehow, this product is amazing and I don't have to clean them like I did before. This is my new favorite product, it has saved me so much time already, not to mention the water I've saved from not having to wash the dishes twice. Go buy it and try it for yourself! =)

I am old fashion and was still using the "powder from the box" dishwasher detergent. I finally made the switch to the Casacade All-in-one ActionPacs after seeing them in my sister's pantry. I am amazed at the ease and convenience of this new product and will continue to use them. I think they are absolutely wonderful. I just wanted to share how happy I am with the ActionPacs.

This product is awesome. My daughter and I love them. My Daughter does the dishes for our house and most of the time does not rinse off the dishes. These little things seem to get the job done. These are one of those products i always have in my house. Great Job and Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before we got married, I warned my very neat husband I hated doing dishes. Other detergents left stale food and grime everywhere. Cascade platinum made the dishes sparkle. I don't even have to run the dishwasher again to get the pots clean. Even my husband was impressed. I store up on several packs when they're on sale.

When I moved into my new apartment it was the first time I had a dishwasher - at 60 years of age. I was so disappointed in how my dishes came out I had almost given up using this "convenience". I decided to try Platinum, even though it was more expensive, as a last resort. Could not be happier - No spots on my glasses. Everything sparkles. Using my dishwasher now with pleasure. Platinum was able to teach this old dog a new trick. Thank you.
