[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best dishwasher detergent I have ever used. It gets my dishes sparkling clean. I had just bought some new glasses when I started using it a little over a year ago, and they are still crystal clear.

i am extremely dissatisfied with your phosfate free products. i now have to re wash all my dishes to actually get them clean...at first i thought my dishwasher was the problem until i realized its just your product....really sad, dont try to fix something if its not broken!!!!!!!!

Purchased the 16 pac Cascade Complete hoping to avoid the film left on my dishes. After several tries, I have switched to Finish Powerball Tabs. They work much better and I now have a package of 14 Cascade Complete tabs....I'm hoping you will reimburse me for this purchase.

I've used Cascade for years, but because of an old dishwasher, my dishes sometimes don't come out as clean as I would like. Since I'm and old guy and usually stay with what I know, I normally don't try a lot of new things, but after seeing the adverstisement on Finish, I thought I would try it. After 5 loads of dishes using Finish I was sorely disappointed. I am anxious to use the rest of Finish and go back to my tried and true Cascade...I've tried 'em all and Cascade is still the best, hands down. Thank You

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have switched to this product when I purchased a new dishwasher. They are convenient.... no mess spilling powdered detergent and always the correct amount. Also leaves dishes clean and sparkling all the time.

I have very hard water that leaves a white film on my dishes. I began using Cascade because of the commercial claims. Over just a few washes, my dishes were noticeably clearer. I got used to it... I saw a commercial from Brand X claiming they were better than Cascade, so (silly me) bought it and tried it. In no time at all the horrible white film was back!! I threw it all away and went back to Cascade Pacs. Cascade, I will never stray again!!

I am very unhappy with the new Cascade powder. It leaves an ugly film on the dishes and silverware, which can only be removed with vinegar. I always rinse the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher, but it makes no difference. I am now washing all my dishes by hand, and will never buy Cascade detergent again. This after buying no other brand for 30 years.

I am not happy with this product! I am so tired of running my dishwasher and having dirty dishes that I have to hand wash! I have been looking for Cascade with phosphates; but have had no luck. If a product is working why do you have to go and mess it up? Please put the phosphates back! I hate to hand wash!

I love how it cleans the stuck on food without me having to scrub the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. I highly recommend all the Cascade products. I use to use the Cascade complete gel, but switched to the pods a few years ago. I like not having to remember to add the drying aid every so often.

I no longer have to rewash dishes after they have been run thru the dishwasher. I will never use a brand other than Cascade.
