When I say "A Shine" I mean it, OMG I love this Cascade, other product I had to either wash my dishes, before loading them into the dishwasher, but not with Cascade Complete All-in 1 Action Packs, I love this and what I have to say is "You Go Cascade" You are the one.

Since we switched to the Platinum Pacs our dishes and glasses are very clear now. Before they were dull and the glasses looked milky. The Platinum pacs really make a difference and we don't have to pre-rinse dishes anymore. We really prefer the Platinum pacs over all the other types.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What is there to say? I used Finnish wit the powerball just to see how well it works. The only thing it did was make me go out and buy Cascade Platinum. Sure, there are cheaper dishwasher detergents, but why would you want to wash dishes after the dishwasher cuts off? I will forever be a Cascade Platinum user. Use that with the Cascade rinse agent, and you have a winning combination.

I have tried the Cascade Action Pacs and the Cascade Gel and have been very disappointed with the products of Cascade. Both of the products have left so much residue on my dishes to the point where I can't sometimes get it off. The soap scum it leaves ruins my dishes, glasses and silverware. I would not recommend this product.

My household dirties a lot of dishes (we cook a lot of different dishes, often leaving them to dry dirty.) but we don't have a lot of spare time to spend doing chores. As we have an aged dishwasher, too, I'd just resigned myself to spending a lot of time every couple of nights presoaking and rinsing dishes before loading them, then checking them for remaining spots and running them through another cycle. This stopped when I started using the new Cascade Platinum packs. They're easy to use and I can see a difference in the cleaning power of even my aging beast. No spots, no re-runs - I love it!

I am "old-school" and would not swtich from Cascade Gel to ActionPacs until I ran out of gel and had to open a bag I had on hand that a friend had given to me many months ago. I did not trust if this new packaging was as economical or effective as the gel. I have to say that I will probably not go back to the gel as I was pleasantly surprised at how much better the pacs are. Easier to use, and virtually NO water spots on my glassware (the gel often did leave spots). As a doubting consumer on a very tight budget (fixed income), I am still not sure if they are more economical but will research further and make sure before I buy another bag. In the mean time, THANKS for a very good product. You guys have gotten it right!

I usually buy cascade complete gel for my dish washer. Since money is tight, I bought the cascade powder instead. Bad decision. The cascade powder ruined my dishes. Several of my good pots and cups, a collander, bowls; everything in my dishwasher at the time. I've rewashed my dishes with the cascade gel after I pre-soaked them and re-washed them in the sink with dish soap, and still the dried soap scum wont come off. Wth...

Your Action Packs with Dawn are very poor. I have tried to use them several different ways including using two packs but not getting the dishes clean. I have used your liquid for years and have been satisfied with it. I tried to give these packs to my daughter-in-law and she refused them stating she had already tried them and was not happy with them either. I would request a refund but do not have the receipt. UPC code on the package is 037000169390. The only way I can get the dishes clean with this product is to hand wash them first, then put them in the dishwasher. I usually do not write these type of letters but this time I am very unhappy and as you can tell, I bought the large package with 110 packs in it. A complete waste of my money.

Greasy, dirty, dried on leftovers---Cascade removes everything to my satisfaction AND everything in that dishwasher has a sheen and shine that says "I AM CLEAN"! !! I have been using a dishwasher since they first appeared in a store and believe me, I have used several different brands. I do not remember when Cascade appeared on the consumer shelf--but I do remember that it is all I have used in many years. Color me OLD -- Color me a satisfied user of Cascade.

Last January we purchased our new home. We also wanted a new dishwasher to go along with it. We expected clean dishes and a clean dishwasher too. No. We have not received either from using Cascade Complete powder. Our dishwasher has an ugly and very nasty looking white residue coat over the tub and spray arms. This residue also covers our dishes. So far most of our new, not so cheap silverware has become spotted and even rusted. Why? The cleaning results aren't all that great either. We have tried to use the High Temperature option, but that does not do us any good. We are considering switching to another higher ranked brand!
