Better than the competition by far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried almost all of the different brands of dish detergents that are on the market, and NONE have performed as beautifully as Cascade Platinum. We have very hard water here where I live in Florida and getting my dishes clean while leaving no spots seemed to be an impossible feat. Until, that is, I tried Cascade Platinum. I'm so happy to not have to use a separate rinse product and that I also don't have to check dish by dish, glass by glass, utensil by utensil, to make sure everything has come out sparkling clean.

Best detergent on the market!

I have used this for a few years, after a learning experience with another brand, lesson learned, I will not be deviating from it again! I didn't realize how spoiled I was until I tried to save a few dollars and ended up stuck using the other product for about a year as I wasn't willing to throw it out... After having to thoroughly clean out washer of funky residue almost weekly during that time I have learned that some things are just worth paying for! Nothing cleans better than this stuff and it keeps my dishwasher clean inside as well. I only need to deep clean it a couple times a year and thats mostly a little build up around the drain area in the bottom and around the door seal and stuff.

No Phosphates Bring Rotten Film

As a Cascade user of the packets and powder for more years than I can remember, I will seriously be looking for another dishwashing detergent. Once Cascade took out the phophates, the film showed up on every speck of dishes, silverware and plastics I own. Sure you can remove it with vinegar EVERY time, but I've got more important things to attend to than catering to my dishes, basically twice. Phospates are banned in my state for fertilizer, but not for dish detergent. This is a foolish step and one that I won't tolerate. There's nothing worse than taking supposedly clean dishes out of the dishwasher covered in a white film not fit to be served with food or drink in/on them. It is disgusting!!! Give me back my phosphates!! I'm forced to switch and am not happy with it.

Work great!

Pop one in, start machine, and forget it! No residual gel or powder left behind, like a lot of other products do! These Actionpacs are so much easier and more convenient. No spills, no mess, no guessing how many loads left, like with powder or gel. Is great to know exactly how many loads you have left, by how many Actionpacs you have!

unexpected results!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disabled and have been able to, until just recently, handwash my dishes. My daughter and her friends bought me a dishwasher! I was going to go buy the local big box store generic brand and my grandsons stepfather refused to allow it! He went and bought me a tub (a whole tub) of the cascade platinum and a bottle of spot remover. I was blown away! I did not have to put any dishes back in for a second wash...everything was sparkling clean afer just the one wash. I haven't had a unwashed dish problem since. I love this product and as long as I can find coupons(I live on a fixed income), I am going to keep it in my house!

Spotless Dishes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We only use Cascade Platinum in our house. We previously tried other "pod" brands and they leave a sandy residue and dishes don't come out clean. We discovered Cascade Platinum and never looked back!

Terrific!

This product is amazing! I find my dishes and pots come out spotless. I have also used the pacs to remove stains from my white Corian sink. I just fill the sink with hot water and put in one pac. Cleans the sink perfectly. Another use is to put one pack in garbage disposal and run it to clean and remove all odors. Awesome!!

THE BEST

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this dishwashing soap since it came out & will NEVER use any other. I know I can ALWAYS count on the power of Cascade Platinum to be consistent by cleaning even the toughest, greasiest, stuck -on, or baked -on messes.

White film on dishes

I most recently purchased this product shortly after getting a new dishwasher. I thought that it was the dishwasher, but after switching to liquid, I no longer have this problem. All glasses come out of the dishwasher looking filthy, with white powdering film on them. When re-washing by hand, I had to soak them for an hour to get the white film off of the glasses. My mother had a smilar problem with this product.
