A couple of years ago I took part in Fran Drescher's Cancer Schmancer program and imagine my surprise when I found out that Cascade Complete is one of the highest rated "safe" dish washer detergents to use.It not only gets my dishes clean and keeps them looking as new as when I bought them, but it does it without worry of harsh chemicals harming my family or the environment. You go Cascade!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried most of the dishwasher soaps out there. Some cheaper store brands take more packs to do half the job one Cascade pak can do. I can never get the last bit out of the squeeze or powder dishwasher soaps. The Cascade paks aren't wasteful & are super easy to toss in. They clean the best, leaves my dishes perfect & smelling great, with no waste!

I really like the concept of the gel pacs . I have to say 7 out of the 20 pacs I used didn't work properly . At the end of the cycle the pacs were still intact I had to use a new one . In one instance I had to use 3 gel pacs to do a load of dishes . On the occasions when they do dissolve the results are good . Product needs improvement though .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Cascade! No standing at the sink wasting water with pre-washing dishes or pots and pans! Seconds to add Cascade to the dishwasher, start and go! A Pleasant fresh scent fills the air and the dishes are sparkling clean when I open the door! No worries about stuck on foods, streaks or added hand-washing time! Well worth the price over bargain brands that definitely not a bargain.

We were at the point of buying a new dishwasher due to all the white film & leftover soap on our just washed dishes when Cascade Platinum came to the rescue. I had tried all the remedies I could find on the internet with no change in my dish washing results. I read a review of the Cascade Platinum & chose it over the other products being touted as 'miracle workers'. It COMPLETELY resolved all our problems with 'filmy' dishes! The glasses came out sparkling & the dinnerware was squeaky clean - no more residue! I will NEVER switch or try another product. I buy them in bulk from a big wholesale warehouse for the best deal. *Although the entry forced me to choose another brand of detergent that I use...I DO NOT & WILL NOT use any other detergent!

After trying the Platium Cascade POD I feel the same way! I have 4 kids and time to clean all dishes before placing them in the dishwasher doesn't always happen. This product is AMAZING for cleaning dishes in the dishwasher!

I recently purchased Cascade, Mediterranian Lavender scent. I purchased it for a few reasons. First, it is a phosphate free dish detergent. Second, the scent of lavender is very relaxing and I really enjoy it. Your dishwasher detergent does a great job. I have very clean, spot free dishes. However, the lavender scent is clearly artificial. It is not unpleasant, but not what true lavender smells like. And my biggest issue is that my plastic ware that has been washed in this detergent is now making my food taste like your artificial lavender. I steamed broccoli in the microwave tonight and ate the lavender taste. It was terrible. I will continue to buy Cascade products because they are reasonably priced and work so well. I will not buy the Mediterranain Lavender Scent again. And I would like to see some more environmentally friendly products in your line. Thank you for your time, Julie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea of this product. I like the convenience. And when it works, it's good. However, I have had some 'misfire.' What I mean is that they don't always open up in the wash. When that happens, it's a mess. The dishes don't get clean and the detergent pack is a clumpy mess. I don't think it's just my machine either. I've had it happen in two different ones. Like I said, it's a good idea. It just needs a little work.

We have a 16 year old dishwasher and we were not getting great cleaning results anymore. I switched to Cascade Platinum Pacs and it's like we have a new dishwasher! We can put unrinsed dishes and dishes with stuck on food in the dishwasher and they come out sparkling clean. It also helps clean the dishwasher itself so I don't have to buy a separate product for that. I cannot tell you how much I love this product!!

I love the ActionPacs!! Now anyone--and I do mean ANYONE!!--can start the dishwasher!! I dont have to worry about SOMEONE adding too much or too little powder or gel to the machine, and NO ONE has to clean up the powder or gel spilled on the floor or in the cabinet. Thanks, Cascade!!
