I live in an apartment that has bad water, very hard water, and not so good to drink. I have tried every product on the market to get my dishes washed thoroughly and not have that permanent, white stain on my glasses and black utensils. My dishes came out so bad, that I would have to use vinegar to get them clean. Then I bought Cascade Complete. OMG!! I was so impressed on how my dishes came clean, that I took all my dishes, and rewashed them with Cascade Complete. Now, it is a joy to place my dishes in my dishwasher, knowing that Cascade Complete will do the job. The water is still bad here, but with Cascade Complete, there are no water spots, white stains, and the shime on my glassware is amazing. Thanks again, for the wonderful product. I have turned to you, and you provided a wonderful gift. Thank you.

The new formula of Cascade is worse than useless. All of our glasses have a cloudy white film that is building thicker with every wash. Even our plates and silverware now have the film on them and we are at our wits end as to how to fix it. My wife actually threw out a set of glasses thinking there was something wrong with the glass only to have our new glasses film up in weeks. This is one of the worst products I have ever seen and it should be criminal for Cascade to advertise their products letting you think that you were going to actually see you dishes become sparkling clean after washing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years when using Cascade I would try other products that are either cheaper or having coupons for but I always go back to Cascade even when the economy was going on and I had to watch my pennies I have to use Cascade, Cascade has always gotten my dishes clean even when I don't re-wash so I would always recommend using Cascade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years, I have tried a variety of automatic dishwasher detergents never being quite satisfied with the job they did. My glasses came out foggy or the food was baked on instead of washed off... it had gotten to the point where we actually went machine shopping because we were convinced it wasn't working well (it is over 18 years old). I happened upon Cascade Complete as it was the only detergent on the shelf I hadn't tried! I went home, popped it into the machine and could not believe the results! My glasses were not cloudy, and I did not have to rewash anything! Even the silverware was shiny! I am sold on Cascade Complete and am glad to have stumbled upon a much less expensive solution to our dirty dishes problem. The Whirlpool's life was saved!

Why are all my aluminum cake pans turning black? All other dishes are fine and are very clean. Anything aluminum has turned a dark black!!!! Is there anyghing that could get rid of the black? Should this warning be on the package in red letters? Now I have to buy another product just for my cookie sheets and cupcake pans. Very dissapointed with this product.

I have been using Cascade Action Pacs since they came out. Recently I purchased the 110 Pack of the Pink Action Pacs. After a few uses, I have found that they leave a bad after taste on plastics, most specifically, plastic cups. I first realized this when my two year-old refused to drink water from her cups. When I smelled a clean cup, I could smell the scent used in the Pink Action Pacs. When I drank from the cup I could also taste it. For this reason, I would not recommend the PINK Action Pacs. I have not had this problem with any of the other colors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been the only dishwashing pod to leave my dishes sparkling clean. I dont always rinse before I put them in to wash, and Cascade platinum still manages to cut through the toughest caked on food!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a very old dishwasher and have tried almost all dishwasher detergents. Even making my own. Cascade complete is the only thing that works and it works very well. For the first time in years my glasses come out sparkling and I do not have to hand wash my silverware. Love the product and will not buy anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It states: dissolves food, lifts off, and rinses away. I like products that I can depend on. When I open my dishwasher I want to see clean and clear dishes. When I use Cascade Platinum this happens. True advertising. Worth the cost. Keeps shopping simple. Thank you.
