I used to love Cascade products. However I ended up throwing out the last container that I had because my dishes were coming out foggy and etched looking. It did not take the stains off of tea glasses, so I had to add bleach, but even that didn't help the film left behind. I decided to try a store brand for half the cost and continue adding bleach (because nobody will add bleach to their products anymore)...and I am much more satisfied. My dishes come out sparkly clean for so much cheaper...even with adding the bleach, it is still less expensive. I'm sorry to say that this brand which used to be my favorite, has changed so drastically.

I have no problem with the product itself, however, the packaging of the All-in-one pacs needs to be examined more closely. For some time I have struggled with seperating the pacs as they seem to fuse together. The plastic covering melts one on one in the bag they are sold in. The last straw was when one splashed on my arm and white top. The faded spots still remain on my top even with a bleach wash. When I a bag of 20 I want to use 20 not 13-15.

When I moved into my first apartment with a dishwasher my mom recommended that I get cascade. Obviously I trusted her and so far it hasn't failed me. I haven't had to rewash things, and things are generally left clean - other than the water spots left on my dishes. I think the only issues i would have are with my dishwasher itself, but cascade commercials do claim that waterspots are the detergent not the dishwasher, so idk! But it works fine and I'll probably continue to use cascade

The store brand used to leave a foul smell behinde along with food chunks, ever since cascade this is no longer a problem! My dishwasher is always fresh and every dish is clean. Love, love, love this product. My dishwasher was a mess and after using the platinum Pacs, my dishwasher looks like new without any cleaning effort on my part. I will be attending a "my favorite things" party this weekend. Of course, I purchased 10 bags of the platinum Pacs as my favorite thing. Word by mouth is powerful and I will continue to praise and recommend the cascade platinum Pacs. Thank you for a wonderful product.

I swear I've told everyone I know that they should use this dishwasher detergent if they want their dishes clean the way they are supposed to be cleaned.
