[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product to use in your dishwasher to get your dishes sparkling clean! I love it! I would recommend. The only issue I have with this product is it is not cheap. But the cleaning out weights the cost.

My new Kitchenaid dishwasher came with brand X packs for about 2 weeks worth of washes. Well, since I have been a Cascade buyer since forever, I decided when I went to the local Sam's Club to purchase some packs. I purchased Cascade Extra Action Mediterranean Lavender Scent in a bucket with 95 pacs. I really liked the smell but about 1/2 way thru the bucket I started getting white streeks all over my pans and silverware. the closer I came to the bottom of the bucket the more white was on my dishes. Sometime I ran them thru with vinigar and water and it would get most of the white off or I had to hand wash everything. I have long since thrown my receipt so sending it to you is not an option. I did buy a bottle of gel and that seems to work better but I am very unhappy with the pacs I bought.

You can buy cheaper dishwasher detergent but that's what you get......cheap results. Saving money is not worth bad results. You get what you pay for.Love my cascade

I remember buying Cascade 25 years ago when I lived in an apartment with my mom. All I can say is things have come a long way since then! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have tried using diffrent store brands at a lesser price. Only to learn, lesser price means lesser quality. The dishwasher was having issues with clean rinse. Made the decision to try Cascade. The problem is now a thing of the past.

I have a busy household and have taught my sons to load dishwasher. They do a great job, but sometimes would overfill detergent or forget adding rinse agent when it was out. This product I have no worries and I think we use less detergent.

I have been using the Mediterranean Lavender Scent Action pacs. When the pouches don't stick to the door of the soap dispenser, they work great. I have noticed that more than 50% of the time I have to open the dishwasher and force the door open or the packet will not dispense. I cleaned the door of the dishwasher and the dispenser twice and still have the same problem. I really wanted these to work because they seem to wash my dishes better than the liqued or powder, but I can't afford to discard every other packet.

I live in an apartment that has bad water, very hard water, and not so good to drink. I have tried every product on the market to get my dishes washed thoroughly and not have that permanent, white stain on my glasses and black utensils. My dishes came out so bad, that I would have to use vinegar to get them clean. Then I bought Cascade Complete. OMG!! I was so impressed on how my dishes came clean, that I took all my dishes, and rewashed them with Cascade Complete. Now, it is a joy to place my dishes in my dishwasher, knowing that Cascade Complete will do the job. The water is still bad here, but with Cascade Complete, there are no water spots, white stains, and the shime on my glassware is amazing. Thanks again, for the wonderful product.
