Just don't expect it to blast through incorrectly racking dirty dishes in your dishwasher it's pretty awesome but it's not magic. It's science! And don't forget The Cascade Platinum Rinse aid.

I'm an idiot. Yes, I said it. I bought another brand of tabs, you know, the DIAMOND STANDARD, and let me say it was a huge mistake. I'm a work from home mother of two kids. 9 and 1. I have VERY little time and very little patience for scraping dishes. So... I don't. I just drop and close. Yeah, I get the manual says don't do it, and I get that a dish tab isn't responsible for my laziness but I really assumed "diamond standard" meant clean. I used 4 tabs and then threw the box away. My 1 year old would say ewww. My 9 year old refused to empty the dishwasher. I screwed up. I admit it. In a momentary mother's lapse I made a huge mistake. Thank you for not making me scrape. Thank you for making my 9 year old do the dishwasher. Thank you for making those little gems and making my life better, easier and in fact the real diamond standard!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the solid product electrasol with the red ball because anything other than a solid powder will gummy up your machine and kill it. Plus the consumer reports tells me it is the best. Personally I saw no difference in your product vs what I use. I will stick with what is recommended by the experts.

I have tried several dishwasher detergent and the Platinum is by far the best one ever. I did a test and left crusted food on plates and silverware and this detergent got everything off. I have a big problem with knives that have peanut butter on them, because they always come out with stains, but this perticular detergent got the knife looking like new. Will not buy any other brand name, but the Platium one!!

It's amazing that my dishes come clean without the prewashing required by my previous dish detergents. I appreciate the time saving these pacs provide me. PS: I never use another brand of dish detergent. Just entered first option as there was no option appropriate.

This is the best I have found in dissolving in the dishwasher. Cleans my dishes completely. No taste of product on my dishes. SS silverware looks shiny. And glasses have no film, white spots. All ready to use, when I take out of the dishwasher. Have tried many other brands, and always end up coming back specifically to this one. Even other friends only use this specific one.

I have very hard water and had encountered residue and spots with regular Cascade. I never worry about my dishes or utensils not being clean and spot free. I will never use anything but Cascade Platinum. Easy to use and hassle free. It is a little more expensive but worth every penny. I would recommend this product to anyone.
