[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WHEN I DID HAVE A DISHWASHER THIS WAS THE ONLY DETERGENT I USED, GREAT AT CLEANING THOSE HARD TO CLEAN DISHES. I NEVER HAD TO RUN MY DISHWASHER TWICE TO GET THE DISHES CLEAN,, ONCE AND YOU WERE DONE.

I have used Cascade (20 Action Pacs) for years. Recently I purchased Cascade Complete 16 pacs ("Powers away 24-hour stuck-on food", UPC 37000 19002. I had never seen this before and decided to try it. I have been very dissatisfied with it, because it does not completely dissolve. Each time I have used it, when the wash cycle if finished, part of the pac is left in the dispenser cup. I wanted you to know this, and I wondered if others have had this same problem. And, incidentally, one of the 16 pacs was empty. I will continue to use the Cascade 20 Action Pacs, which I like very much, but will definitely not buy the aforementioned Cascade. Thank you. BeBe

This product defeats the purchase of having a dishwasher. I had to re-wash all of my glassware and wipe off the white dusk particles from all of my plastic ware. I will not dare eat in those wares with the white looking powder stuck to them, it looked very unsanitized and dangerous. I DON'T LOVE THIS PRODUCT AT ALL.

I received this product through a marketing research company and then my husband bought some. I have had quite a bit of trouble with the gel pacs openings. What I do to make them work is I slice the back and the front of the product open with a knife. I really wanted to like this product since the parent company is so good--but unfortunately that did not happen. Just thought you would like to know so that you can improve this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the BEST we've ever used. Of any brand and of any type, this is the best. Even better than the standard Cascade Liquid. No more spotty glasses or white residue anywhere. And so much neater, too!

These are so easy to use and clean everything off my dishes even when my family doesn't rinse them first. I also love that I can pop one in and set my dishwasher to wash when no one is using water and there is no mess. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time using this product. I usually purchase Finish Max-in-1 tablets and often have to wash a few dishes more than once to get the dried food off. Not with Cascade Platinum, came right off in the first wash!

Used to use the powder or gel Cascade, so actually bought the gel packs by mistake. Will never use anything else again. Even with a fairly new dishwasher, it didn't clean like it does with the gel packs. Cooked on lasagna pans and pots come clean without washing them first. Amazing! Thank you Cascade!

We had been using a well known product for quite some time and most of the dishes always came out dirty. I bought a small bag of Cascade complete just to try it and was amazed how the dishes came out. They were clean and bright and there was no left on food. I wish I had just gone ahead and bought the bigger bag as I'm so impressed with how it cleans. I will definitely be buying this product and no other brand. I will also recommend this product to everyone. Thanks for a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In comparison to other brands that I have tried, Cascade Platinum Action Paks works better in my dishwasher. However, I do use 2 packets each wash. Then sometimes, skillets or pots have to be rewashed by hand.
