[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is the best cascade product that I have used! It cleans very well and leaves no residue and no trace of any food particles that other gel packs can leave on your dishes. It leaves the dishwasher clean as well!!

ever since you have taken out the phosphate my dishes have had a white film on them. My duaghter also has had the film on her dishes; she called her repair person and that is when we were told that it is because there is no phosphate in the detergent . Please bring back the phosphate or we will resort to going back to just washing dishes by hand. We are already rewashing to remove the film so what is the sence of using a dishwasher? Please we have used Cascade forever and don't really want to stop. We realize it is not just you that has removed the phosphate it is all brands and products of all cleaning detergents. Pkease return to using phosphate; you are suppose to be making our life easier not harder. Thank you, Lydia

All I can say is DO NOT buy the complete pacs. They left a terrible residue on all of my dishes and didnt even clean my dishes. I wasted more water re-washing everything. I tried writing an email asking what I can do and the site wouldnt allow me to submit any questions. How frustrating. These arent cheap, so don't waste your money. As far as the website and how disatisfied I am with the overall product, I may just switch to a different product, and I've been a customer for years!

I really like the convenience of just dropping in a pack and pushing start, however I sure wish these were sold in bigger packages, I feel like I am always running out. Walmart sells them in packs of 20 (i think) and it would make more sense if there were packs of 30. I usually run the dishwasher 1x/day!!! Sams usually has a bucket of 60 (i think), but I hate going there just for dishwasher tabs!!! But, that said, I still buy them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only dishwasher soap we use. We have tried numerous other brands, but realized that we kept coming back to this. Now, it is the only one we buy! It cleans all of the dishes and without leaving grease behind.

I used to use Finish but I noticed the powder tabs sometimes left a white residue on items in the dishwasher. After testing water temp and other things suggested by the manufacturer of the dishwasher it was determined it was the dishwashing tabs so I switched to Casade..and how neat I thought, I found the action pacs with no perfume!! Well, all my pans now have oxidized on the outside to a dull metal. These are pans that I have had for many years and never did this with Finish or the normal Casade that I used years ago. I am extremely angry as you can imagine, as this basically ruined all my pans. I have at least 10 cookie sheets and pizza pans that are now trash in addition to the exterior on my regular saucepans. So this is a warning to watch any aluminum pans if you are using Cascade Action Tabs Pure Essentials Perfume free, for damage to your pans. And no, there is nothing that will restore the pans.

I look at my dishes as I empty the dishwasher and they are always clean, shiny and free of stuck on food! I won't use anything else - definitely the best.

I own a counter top dishwasher with 2 selections of either: A. regular wash or B. pots and pans. The dishwasher only has a one dish soap dispenser and no place for a spot dispenser. Your Cascade Pacs work very well in this type of machine because it gets all my dishes sparkling clean and spot free. I enjoy the way you can handle the pacs without the mess of the liquid detergent or the powder spilling all over the place. Thank you Cascade for helping me out with this easy to use product.

My local Target was out of stock on my usual product, Cascade liquid, so I tried these instead. I *hate* them. Yes, the All-in-1 action packs clean well, but not as well as Cascade Liquid, and they don't rinse well at all. In fact, I have to run my dishes through an additional rinse cycle to get all the soap scum off so my glass of water doesn't taste like detergent. I've used regular Cascade liquid for years and have never had that problem. I will be switching back to that product.

I swore by these when I started using them in 2009. I have been very dissatisfied for about the last 6 mo- my dishes come out greasey and dirty with stuck on food. The packs stick in the dispenser and do not dissolve. I'm tired of rewashing my dishes.
