I have a two year old stainless steel dishwasher and the only way to get clean dishes with these pacs is to wash the dishes before they go into the dishwasher and then wipe all the undissolved white powder off after they are finished. This is too much work! I hate these things.

Can't get the stuff out of bottle-took white cap off and had to shake bottle to get anything out of hole-thought the bottle might have frozen while getting it to the house but went back to store and tried shaking other bottles of similiar product and there was no slushing sounds like in other brands of dishwasher soap-what should I do-please advise

Can't remember when I didn't use Cascade. Until recently it would totally clean the tea-stained inside of three insulated plastic jugs I have. No longer. The stains are still there. In the past I could put a tablespoon of liquid Cascade in the jugs filled with hot water, swirl it around a bit and the stains would literally "evaporate." No Longer. What has happened to the formula to reduce the effectiveness of your product?

I have used Cascade all in 1 gel in my GE Profile Smart-Dispense dishwasher and it has clogged my auto dispensor. After a few months Cascade has turned into a clumpy chunky mess that has clogged up the tubes and holding tank. I had to disassemble the door and dispensor to clean it out. Why does it gel up and turn nearly solid? Not going to use it anymore.

I have recommended this product to many people. I thought I would have to buy a new dishwasher but I tried the packets and my dishes are as clean as my Mother-in-law's who does have a new, high end dishwasher. She told me she wished she had tried the pacs with her old machine and she probably wouldn't have had to buy a new one. Thank you for such a great product. Now if only clothes detergent cleaned this well.

Dear Cascade, I'm sorry I strayed! I should have NEVER gone with another brand. Please forgive me and I shall never stray again. My dishes have an angry, dull, dirty look on them. Please help. If not for me, then do it for the dishes. I'm leaving this very instant to pick you up. Meet me at the door of the store. Forgive me.......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most of the time the pac will dissolve and clean the dishes however occasionally the d/w will complete its cycle and the pac will only be partly dissolved thus leaving the dishes dirty. Recommend a more stringent quality control on the casing of the pac.

I never thought about how clean my dishes were if I couldn't see any residue, but after using Cascade Platinum I realized my dishes had a film on them. They were never REALLY clean. After the 2nd cycle of dishes using Cascade Platinum, my dishwasher was cleaner than new which made me realize that this is what clean really looks and feels like! I love not having to use a rinse agent in addition to the detergent. This pod is all in one; easy to drop and go. I will never use another detergent in my dishwasher! Cascade Platinum, I am so glad to become your biggest fan!!

It's not a deal if you have to run the dishes through a 2nd time but with Cascade Platinum ActionPacs my dishes come out sparkling the first time, every time!
