[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find this product cleans my dishes better. It is very good for burn on and dried on food. Before I started using Cascade Platinum Action Pacs my dishes didn't get clean and the dishwasher had a terrible odor when i opened the door. I am so much more happier with this great product.

I really like the concept of the gel pacs . I have to say 7 out of the 20 pacs I used didn't work properly . At the end of the cycle the pacs were still intact I had to use a new one . In one instance I had to use 3 gel pacs to do a load of dishes . On the occasions when they do dissolve the results are good . Product needs improvement though .

I can't believe the people that wrote good reviews! I have used these packs three times and each time I am having to wash all the silverware by hand after the cycle finishes! So spotty, it's embarrassing! And there is more stuck on food than with my old pack. The stuff that I was using prior to this was better than this. I am going to get my money back!! For once, I wish a product lived up to it's hype!

i use cascade everyday. i cook for a family of 8 everyday at the end of te day and i'm cleaning the kitchn and loading the dishwasher it good to know that i can count on a product to get my dishes clean the way i want them and cascade complete dose just that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've always had problems with getting stuck on grease off our large cooking pans, not anymore! Cascade whipped through grime like it was nothing. My dishes haven't been this clean since we bought them. I'm very satisfied with the quality and results from this product, but wished it could be a little more cost effective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried multiple alternative dishwasher detergents and always go back to Cascade. I never have to worry that my dishes won't be clean. In my eyes there is not a better product to cut grease and food. I am a very loyal purchaser. Excellent product!

My glasses have been ruined. I cannot get the cloudy white residue off of them. I even spent money on a new dishwasher rack and have used dishwasher cleaners to no avail. I would have cleaner, more sparkling glasses if I did them by hand. I do not like this product any more.

I am "old-school" and would not swtich from Cascade Gel to ActionPacs until I ran out of gel and had to open a bag I had on hand that a friend had given to me many months ago. I did not trust if this new packaging was as economical or effective as the gel. I have to say that I will probably not go back to the gel as I was pleasantly surprised at how much better the pacs are. Easier to use, and virtually NO water spots on my glassware (the gel often did leave spots). As a doubting consumer on a very tight budget (fixed income), I am still not sure if they are more economical but will research further and make sure before I buy another bag. In the mean time, THANKS for a very good product. You guys have gotten it right!

I was having a problem with my glassware dulling to the extent I went out and bought new glasses just for guests' use. After a vacation at the beach I had leftover action pacs, which are great for travel by the way, so decided to use up the remainder here at home - Magically my glasses that were foggy cleared up over a couple washes - had I known I would have saved the money for new glasses! I had never bought the packs before due to the extra cost, but now I am sold. One thing I don't understand, I used cascade granules and also the rinse additive and it didn't help - why is that, isn't that the contents of the action packs? Was it the amounts I used?
