I have used cascade for years. In fact, I have used little else for 15 years. I started having problems a few months ago and thought my washer was getting old. So, I bought a new one and was unset to find I was having the same problems. Started to talking to family and friends and found they were having the same problem. I wish your product had not changed. I am spending too much time washing by hand. Why have a dishwasher?!?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried other brands and DIY your own dishwasher detergent and this is by far the best, my dishes are always clean and I don't have to worry about my inexpensive dishwasher getting dishes clean because my Cascade will. Much cheaper because I don't have to worry about my dishwasher getting plugged or my dishes not getting clean the 1st time.

I usually do just a quick rinse before loading the dishwasher...now if I forget it's no big deal. Who knew you could add three ingredients into such a small pack and have it tackle the biggest, greasiest kitchenware? Not me! So many brands promise this, that and the other...Cascade does the job plus some. For me it's a keeper!

I have a GE 1yr old dishwasher and the detergent left a lot of food particles on some of the glass bowls and drinking glasses. I was truly disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had switched to a different brand for awhile because that red dot was so cute and it seemed the popular thing to do at the time but cute red dots don't clean dishes like this cascade does. I have rarely had to rewash anything with cascade. I highly recommend.

When you have school age childern germs are always a concern, but with Cascade I know that what I put into my dishwasher I don't have to worry about what my family is using because I know it is clean and bacteria free.

We are so frustrated. We tried out the Actionpacs, and thought we would be as satisfied as with their biggest competitor. I used three different cycles (all hot water) and three different packets in our dishwasher that we've purchased in the last year, and they will not break open. I find them whole at the bottom of the dishwasher. Not only that, but I moved them from the package to my own container only to find them all stuck together. JUST TERRIBLE!!

I absolutely love Cascade Platinum. We were to the point where we would not even wash dishes in the dishwasher because of the film left behind by all the other dish detergents. This product does not leave any residue on any dishes we have. I am so grateful for Cascade making such an amazing product.

My dishes come out of the dishwasher grungier than they go in. There is NO shine. In years past cascaade would take off coffee and tea stains, but does not do that now. I am now washing my dishes by hand. I changed to another brand, did not help. I bought the new one "with extra bleaach action" and that was no help. I added white vinigar and was no help.

Your Action Packs with Dawn are very poor. I have tried to use them several different ways including using two packs but not getting the dishes clean. I have used your liquid for years and have been satisfied with it. I tried to give these packs to my daughter-in-law and she refused them stating she had already tried them and was not happy with them either. I would request a refund but do not have the receipt. UPC code on the package is 037000169390. The only way I can get the dishes clean with this product is to hand wash them first, then put them in the dishwasher. I usually do not write these type of letters but this time I am very unhappy and as you can tell, I bought the large package with 110 packs in it. A complete waste of my money.
