[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't need to pre-wash everything before running the dishwasher. Having five children I run the dishwasher at least once a day. Having a quality product that is effective is important to me. I feel this product is a superior choice when it comes to dishwasher detergent.

We bought a new Kitchen-Aid dishwasher and we tried using our old store brand powdered detergent. The dishes and the inside of the dishwasher were cloudy. Then I saw a commercial for Cascade Platinum Pacs and I decided to give them a try. Wow! My dishes and the inside of my dishwasher were sparkling! I will continue to use this product because it produces great results each time.

I started using these in my dishwasher because the store brand I was using wasn't cleaning my glasses on the top rack and leaving residue all over them that I had to clean by hand. Since I started using these...no more problems AND it prevented tomato sauce from staining the inside of my dishwasher!! Love this product!!

Is it cheaper to wash dishes by hand? Sure but if you are like me, Cascade Complete packs are not only a time saver but money saver as well. I am a busy person, so doing dishes gets pushed aside for other pursuits. Cascade Complete makes doing dishes easy. I just load the dishwasher, throw a pack in and hit start! No messy measuring, no worrying about open boxes; just a little pack and I'm done! I've tried others and I don't bother any more. It's Cascade Complete for me! Oh, and my dishes!

I have been using various dishwasher liquid products for a long time. None have come close to the results I have been getting with Cascade Complete All in one. With only two people in the household the dishes and pots can set out for two or three days. I put them in the dishwasher without any pre-wash, add the Cascade packet to the soap dispenser and start the dishwasher. Everything has come out completely clean! My copper bottom stainless steel pots are shinier than they have ever been. I am very impressed with your product and will buy nothing else.

I am very disappointed. I bought Cascade action pacs with dawn and regret it. I usually buy reg. cascade complete action pacs and had never had a problem before. After my recent purchase most of my dishes are currently covered in a white film that we cannot remove. Even after scrubbing, my black cooking utensils look horrible. My new bowls and plates look like and my glasses are cloudy. I wish I had never purchased Cascade ACTION PACS -SHINE SHIELD FORMULA WITH DAWN. Oh, and its not so simple to remove like they're saying in the review responses. I tried that. I cant beleive they recommend purchasing a rinse in addition to this already expensive product . This souldnt be happening. Dont buy this product .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cascade Platinum ActionPacs are super convenient to use versus liquids and unlike tablets it leaves no residue behind. It also keeps the inside of my old dishwasher nice and clean. I love this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Cascade for years, first with the powder, then liquid and now use the "actionpacs". My dishes always seem to come out clean and shiny. Our daughter and granddaughter are living with us now, and don't always try to get food off before putting in the dishwasher and the dishes are almost always perfectly clean. I also find coupons or sales that help with the cost of the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad for the Cascade Platinum Pacs, I can let my kids help! The perfect amount of grease fighting power means that I don't have to worry about too much or too little Cascade added. If the kids don't clean off the plates enough, I don't have to worry! My dishes will look wonderful right out of the washer! Thanks P&G!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I began using Cascade Platinum Pacs, my dishes were coming out of our then fairly new dishwasher NOT CLEAN. I would often run them through a second wash. Heaven forbid that I'd have to wash them by hand to insure that they'd be clean!!!!! Phew- once I started using the Platinum Pacs my dishes are clean again. Costs a bit more but worth every penny.
