Bought Action Pacs container of 90 for the expected convenience of the packaging. Have used about half of the container's pacs and at least five pacs have been attached to other pacs when removed from the container to be put into the dishwasher. Then when I go to separate the two attached pacs, one of them rips and then the blue stuff in the pac leaks out. Not good!! The last pac that leaked splashed onto one of our kitchen cabinets and has marred the finish. Definitely not good!!! Not going to use the pacs anymore and will never buy them again. P&G has a quality control issue with the action pacs as I am sure they don't intend to have them stick together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Cascade products in every dishwasher I've ever owned. These are absolutely the best. I look at my dishes as I empty the dishwasher and they are always clean, shiny and free of stuck on food! I won't use anything else - definitely the best.

So...I recently bought a house with a dishwasher; a life long dream of mine since I've been washing dishes since I was old enough to reach the kitchen sink. Finally I thought there would be one less chore to do and life would be simplified by leaps and bounds because of this amazing little machine....Then I came to the realization that my wonderful time saving device was actually costing me more time and energy than it was worth. The dishes would come out with food still stuck to them, my glasses had terrible spots and my utensils looked as though they had just been used. I had the same old job of doing the dishes by hand after I had run them through their cycle...sigh. So much for my dreams of using a dishwasher. Then someone clued me in that it's all about the soap....WHAT? Yeah right! ....Well, turns out they were right. I tried Cascade Platinum and miraculously my dishes had never looked better! Thank you Cascade for helping me never to do dishes again:)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product because I am always confident that my dishes will all come out clean the first time! No matter what dishes I have put in the dishwasher stuck on, baked on, or the craziest drink cups my kids love to use, they come out spotless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At this time, as I am typing up my review, I am running the dishwasher with the Cascade Complete product. My dishes come out clean and without any spotting at all. I know I can trust this product to get my dishes the cleanest over any other product.

For many years, I bought generic dishwashing gel, and almost always had to put some of the dishes back in to get washed again, or wash everything first before I put it in the dishwasher, since trying Cascade Platinum, I have been astounded by the results, everything comes out clean, and I am amazed that the soap compartment has no residue on it ever, I have already replaced the compartment once due to stuck on soap.... Thank you so much for this wonderful product, I will never buy anything else again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried other brands but have found that Cascade lives up to its claim. My dishes & glassware come out sparkling. No residue from food or the detergent remains on the flatware, glasses or plates & bowls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried many brands. Powders, gels, tablets, off brands, name brands. But Cascade Platinum is, BY FAR, the best out there! It does what it claims. I have never found a detergent that will remove coffee stains from my cups, this one does, no problem. Burnt on residue on pots and pans comes right off with no pre-washing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I had been using another dish detergent and I was getting spots on my glassware, etc. I could not believe my old trusty detergent had let me down, so I purchased Cascade Gel-Caps. Lo and behold the first time I used them, no spots. That cinched it for me. No more old trusty anything.

My husband's grandmother shared a sample with me and the first time I used it, our son said, "Did we get a new dishwasher or something?" because the dishes shined! No residue or food was left on any plates, glasses, etc., that we usually have to wash twice just to get a basic clean. I have used this product again and again - worth the extra expense because you are getting the dishes clean the first time!
