Dishes have never been cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had given up on getting clean dishes from my 10 yr old dishwasher, until I tried the Cascade Platinum actionpacs I had gotten with a coupon this Thanksgiving. My dishes, pots and pans and even my coffee pot and mugs have never been cleaner or shiner No more coffee stains!! I am converted to the actionpacs. No more liquid and/or Finish products

Leaves a gritty film

My family raised me using Cascade powder then I started a family and I used Cascade powder. I swapped to Cascade Gel and started getting a gritty film left on all my glasses. I swapped to a competitors gel packs and everything cleared up. I recently bought Cascade All in One with Dawn and now my gritty glasses are back. Looks like I'm going to have to go back to the other brand to keep my glasses clean. If Cascade comes up with something different I MIGHT try it again but it will be a small quantity first.

So easy! So good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't even know such an amazing product existed until a friend clued me in. I would NEVER go back to regular diswasher soap again, and I only wish I'd found out about this sooner. These nice, neat little packets don't jam up in the dispenser like powdered soap often did, they don't cake up in the box, they don't spill powder on the floor when accidently dropped, and best of all, they perform amazingly well. Now I don't have to add an additional product to get my glasses clean AND shiney - I just pop a packet in the soap dispenser, turn on the diswasher, and know that I'll have clean, shiny and spotless dishes at the end of the cycle.

Amazing product!

We bought a new Kitchen-Aid dishwasher and we tried using our old store brand powdered detergent. The dishes and the inside of the dishwasher were cloudy. Then I saw a commercial for Cascade Platinum Pacs and I decided to give them a try. Wow! My dishes and the inside of my dishwasher were sparkling! I will continue to use this product because it produces great results each time.

Don't Burst in Dishwasher

Have used several brands of the all in one packs but this brand is the only one where they don't open...so I have to rewash my dishes (And YES I used correctly)! I tried 4 different packs and none burst! Maybe I have a faulty bag of them or something...but having to rerun the dishwasher several times is a waste of money!

BEST TO CLEAN HARD ON FOOD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WHEN I DID HAVE A DISHWASHER THIS WAS THE ONLY DETERGENT I USED, GREAT AT CLEANING THOSE HARD TO CLEAN DISHES. I NEVER HAD TO RUN MY DISHWASHER TWICE TO GET THE DISHES CLEAN,, ONCE AND YOU WERE DONE.

Cascade Action Packs

I use the Cascade Action Packs w/Dawn and like them but prefer using the powder! I just have a question on something. I noticed that in one of your explanations about filming issues that you state to use Cascade Action Packs because they have a water softening agent in them. Is there anyway that you can put this "water softending" agent into the powders also? I prefer using the powders but they leave a film on the dishes. They are cheaper and I would prefer them to the more expensive "packs!" Thanks!

All-In-One

This is the absolute worst dishwasher detergent I have ever used... and that includes generics! Every time I open the dishwasher to a "clean" load of dishes, I am never surprised anymore that there are streaks, water lines, and "gunk" all over my silverware and glasses. I have never been so frustrated with such an expensive product in my life! This is one product that I have given a more than fair chance to measure up, and it has totally failed. I have never been so frustrated with a product in my life!! I am sure you will remove this comment, as it is not a glowing review of the wonders of your product, but I simply cannot give you that with this one.

The ONLY dishwasher detergent that works

I have tried every dishwasher detergent available always looking for a good deal. The only one that really works to keep my glassware film-free is Cascade Complete. Even though it is usually more expensive than other brands I have learned that it is worth the expense to have clean dishes. Saving a little bit on the other brands is no deal if my glassware is ruined. Cascade Complete is absolutely the best at leaving sparkling clean glassware. No other brand is even close! Cascade Complete is the ONLY detergent I will use. Thanks!

Action Pacs Stick Together and Rip Apart

Bought Action Pacs container of 90 for the expected convenience of the packaging. Have used about half of the container's pacs and at least five pacs have been attached to other pacs when removed from the container to be put into the dishwasher. Then when I go to separate the two attached pacs, one of them rips and then the blue stuff in the pac leaks out. Not good!! The last pac that leaked splashed onto one of our kitchen cabinets and has marred the finish. Definitely not good!!! Not going to use the pacs anymore and will never buy them again. P&G has a quality control issue with the action pacs as I am sure they don't intend to have them stick together.
