After prerinsing the dishes and using the power scrub mode on our dishwasher. The plates and glassware are spotted and any food residue is still on the plates. I have used this product for 3 years and recently it no longer cleans the dishes.

I have been using Cascade Complete for the past couple of months. Sad to say it leaves a film in my coffee cups, I do rinse my dishes prior to loading them in the dishwasher. I am extremely disappointed since I have been a long lime user of Cascade.

I tried this product with great hope nd found out that it was all hoax.. d detergent bar DIDNOT dissolve .. so i had d whole load just rinsed in plain water, nd my guest waiting for the plates... It was embarassing..

My glasses had a powdery sheen on them from regular Cascade, but tried this one with the Dawn and now they literally shine. Consumer Reports was right.

From the first use, a white, powdery residue remained after drying. I stopped after several tries and went back to the gel style and again I am satisfied

I bought this and another dishwashing detergent. My dishes kept coming out with a haze with the other. I thought it was my dishwasher . I tried the Cascade Platinum and haze solved. It was an ahah moment . So t switch ever again.

I purchased a generic dishwasher liquid that offered oxiclean action. I used it twice, both times having to hand wash dishes that did not get clean in the washer. I will never give up my Cascade tabs again. What was I thinking?

With a family that likes to just toss dirty dishes in the sink for me to deal with later, the stuck-on grime is no match for these miracle cleaning pacs. All the dishes, from glasses to pots and pans, come out sparkling clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't waste your time with a lower level of cascade cleaner. I have found that anything less than platinum won't clean my dirtiest dishes. If you want something that takes care of everything, use platinum.

I find that this product in the new packaging does not clean the dishes sufficiently. I frequently pull dishes out of the washer and there is still food debris on my of the dishes which I then wind up washing in the sink. I don't know if it is the packaging or if the product compound has changed. I definitely will not buy this product again.
