I tried this product with great hope nd found out that it was all hoax.. d detergent bar DIDNOT dissolve .. so i had d whole load just rinsed in plain water, nd my guest waiting for the plates... It was embarassing..

After prerinsing the dishes and using the power scrub mode on our dishwasher. The plates and glassware are spotted and any food residue is still on the plates. I have used this product for 3 years and recently it no longer cleans the dishes.

I am having issues with my Cascade Complete powder detergent - not old- clumping and forming large, hard rocks inside box. Can you please help? This can't be normal.

We like how it cleans. However, we have noticed that the packets don't seem to always melt. We have to add hot tap water to the compartment before starting the dishwasher. Thank you, Toni

The smell of Fresh Scent Cascade Complete is a little overpowering. It makes the dishwasher smell fresh but you can taste it when you use the dishes. I even rinse the dishes before I use them. Wondering if we could get sick from this product?

This dish soap used to do a very good job. Now it is not worth the cost of the box, we have to do our dishes by hand if we want to eat off of them. I can my dishes cleaner with sand. You lost a 15 year customer.

The soap would not rinse off my dishes in my dishwasher even with an added rinsing agent. I was always rinsing off my dishes afterwards to get the layer of soap off of them. I switched to the regular bottle of gel instead.

I wrote a review earlier about my negative experience with Action Pac W/ Dawn. Awhile ago I finished running the D/W through the longest cycle with 2 cups of vinegar and it STILL smells. Will nothing take that smell away?

I have used Cascade for years but the new formula discolored my good cookie sheet, the attachments to my electric grinder, and my 9 x 13 cake pan. They are ruined and I had no warning that this would happen. I am no longer a Cascade fan.

We can't tell the difference between the platinum and the Cascade Complete. $5 dollars more and has the same results. Not saying these don't work, they do and VERY well. But so does the others for less money.
