I have used Cascade for years so I thought I would try the Action Pacs. I am so disappointed as the scent is now a part of everything I place on the plate or in the cup, glass, mug. UGH. I have to re-wash everything! And how can I get a refund?

We can't tell the difference between the platinum and the Cascade Complete. $5 dollars more and has the same results. Not saying these don't work, they do and VERY well. But so does the others for less money.

We like how it cleans. However, we have noticed that the packets don't seem to always melt. We have to add hot tap water to the compartment before starting the dishwasher. Thank you, Toni

I cringe when i see the OTHER DISHWASHING product boasting on TV. So I had to tell you that no matter what shape my dishes are in when they go into the machine - they come out just perfect. Not one single problem at all. I do love Cascade --

I wrote a review earlier about my negative experience with Action Pac W/ Dawn. Awhile ago I finished running the D/W through the longest cycle with 2 cups of vinegar and it STILL smells. Will nothing take that smell away?

The smell of Fresh Scent Cascade Complete is a little overpowering. It makes the dishwasher smell fresh but you can taste it when you use the dishes. I even rinse the dishes before I use them. Wondering if we could get sick from this product?

I used to reccommend it to all and everyone I met. No more! My dish started to get cloudy...so I have switch to the "other" all in one brand and am finding a much better outcome. It looks to me as if the formula has changed.

I bought the Cascade Dawn action packs in citrus scent... unfortunately it leaves orange residue in my dishwasher and gritty bits on my dishes. So I have to rewash them? I don't save receipts that long or else I would ask for my money back.

I do not like the product. I need to clean my dishes after the dishwasher is done running because my dishes are still durty. I do load of dishes every day.

Ran the dishwasher twice because the Gel Pac dropped to the bottom of the dishwasher and just sat like a gooey blob. Wouldn't dissolve. Very disappointing!
