Left everything coated with some kind of residue that could not be wiped off. Had to go back to powder form to get dishes clean and shiny.

I have been using the liquid Cascade but now find I cannot buy it without Dawn. I find this product is terrible. I am now using another product.

The new formula is horrible. Dishwasher has been leaking on the floor:(. I took the door cover off to confirm. At least 2-3 inches of suds! So much for a brand I used to trust.

My granddaughters like to help me and kids can be messy sometimes. I find with these they can help and they are proud of themselves cause they can't make a mess... Thanks

I have tried 3 boxes of Cascade Platinum pods in Kenmore dishwasher. At least on 5 cycles, I have noted the pods coming out intact. Obviously, it did not do its job. I wonder what is the quality control and how is it guaranteed.

This dish soap used to do a very good job. Now it is not worth the cost of the box, we have to do our dishes by hand if we want to eat off of them. I can my dishes cleaner with sand. You lost a 15 year customer.

I have used Cascade for years but the new formula discolored my good cookie sheet, the attachments to my electric grinder, and my 9 x 13 cake pan. They are ruined and I had no warning that this would happen. I am no longer a Cascade fan.
