I am so frustrated that my dishes, especially my once CLEAR glasses are gross to use unless I rewash them by hand. I have used the Cascade Complete pacs in combination with rinse aid and being certain that the washer is loaded properly and I run Hot water before I start my washer. Please bring back phosphates or reformulate! This needs to be changed!

After trying a "warehouse club" brand, my dishes got a film on them. We first noticed it with the glasses then even the dishes had a film. You know it's bad when teenage boys refuse to use the glasses since they still looked dirty. One wash after going back to Cascade, the glasses and dishes were like new. My 10 year old daughter even commented, "Wow, our dishes are so shiny!"

My glasses were always sparkling clean with no film or spots. When I switched to Cascade Platinum, I noticed a film on my glasses after the first use. I used the heat booster to boost the water temperature and also added jet dry, but nothing works. I am very disappointed, thought for the price these would work way better than they do.

I bought cascade dishwasher detergent with gain thinking it was going to smell good and work good as well. The first time I used it, there was a whole bunch of food still on the dishes. So I figured they probably weren't rinsed that well but no the next time I used it same thing. I had to literally wash ALL of my dishes over again because they were not clean. I am very upset over this and do not recommend this product nor any of the other cascade products to anyone.

I purchased Cascade Extra Action shine shield formula. After using just 1/4 of the box over several months it has eaten the black handles off my pots and pans, tarnished the chrome finish on others and taken the finish off my aluminum utensils turning them black. Do not plan to ever purchase this item again.

I was buying all kinds of additives that work in the dishwasher, and still my silverware came out streaked. Also it was expensive adding two of these, plus my soap. I tried the Cascade pacs, and WOW!! I can leave the dishes sit and not have to rise, and they come so clean. I also have streak free silverware....no matter how much is piled in the holder. I wasted a lot of water pre rinsing, so this is so great for me!!!

I have been having problems with Cascade Advanced Power leaving a white powdery residue on all of my dishes that the only way to get it off is to hand scrub the dishes. My dish washer is less than a year old and gets cleaned every month. I would not buy it again. I tried to reach Cascade on the phone but could only get a recording.

I have used Cascade for years but recently it has made all the dishes cloudy, at first I thought it was the rinse ais, then the dishwasher but then I started taking to friends and theirs is doing the same thing and we all use the same cascade product. Please Help!!!!

I have always used Cascade liquid and been very pleased. Now with my new dishwasher it advises to use these little packages. I also use the Rinse Aid. I had no idea what happened to my pretty red plastic glasses which now are totally edged. My pots lost their shine and my new dishes are losing their red edging. Just reading the reviews I see that other people have similar problems. I will switch to another maker.

I was using the cascade complete and the inside of my dishwasher was always dirty and gunky i had to always take it apart and remve all the racks to clean it around the drainage basket it would be black . I thought it was the dishwasher ,but it is only 3 yrs old . and it had been doing this since I got it. Ihave city water and it isnt the water . So I tried just the plain old cascade and no longer have a dirty dishwasher . my dishes are clean and I can feel safe about putting my dishes away.
