I started using Cascade gel packs several months ago and was very pleased with the results using several varieties. HOWEVER, something changed this month and the packs no longer dissolve properly. My water temperature is set higher than 140 and I only run hot washes. We are on a public water supply without water hardness problems. I reran my dishwasher three times recently in order to get the casing around one gel pack to dissolve.This happened with the green and yellow packs. (side note: I tried a competitors product over the summer and they had the same problem of the gel pack not dissolving) . PLEASE resolve the issue soon since this was a great product.

I tried the other brand, and I was horribly disappointed. I ended up scrubbing the pots and pans with SOS pads after they came out of the dishwasher. I had spots on everything while using the other brand, and then one time with Cascade Complete...gone. All of the spots, the crusty stuff the other brand left behind...gone with Cascade Complete. I'll never switch again. Cascade Complete rules!

I am sorry to say that when using cascade complete Fresh scent Dawn packs that all my tupperware containers and sports bottles have the after smell and taste of the fresh scent, I have rewashed them and ran them through the dishwasher without any soap. They still have that taste and i had to throw them all away. What a waste.

Cascade does NOT clean dishes. Residue left on cups and water spots and grime on glasses. This is my 2nd new dishwasher in 3 years and performance by Cascade is horrible. I will never buy another box. One would think that performance would have improved over the years but it appears Cascade has deteriorated.

I have been using Cascade for 30 years but won't be using it again. My dishes and silverware are covered with a film that I can't remove. I am now washing by hand to try and preserve what is left of my silverware and dishes. It will cost me several hundred dollars to replace what has been ruined by using this product.

Works fantastic but that perfume is disgusting. Now all of my silicone spatulas and cooking implements are permanently scented & impart a flavor into my food. I'm about to throw out several expensive OXO spatulas & Joie egg cookers for this reason. That can't be safe. What's wrong with clean? Can we get some unscented products please? Took all the stars away I could for ruining my silicone collection.

I have used Cascade for many years and loved it. Recently I purchased Cascade Complete and it is a horrible product. We are a tea drinking family and the stains that stayed on my cups was amazing. I had to hand wash the cups after going through the dishwasher. The regular Cascade works GREAT! I am requesting a complete refund for this product. Thank you

I used to love my dishwasher. My dishwasher washed away dried on food, some stains, almost anything. Since last summer this has not been true. I have to wash the dishes before I put them in the dishwasher! It's frustrating! Cascade used to be an excellent product and I would have recommended it to anyone. Now, I just want to find a product that works without having to wash dishes by hand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite our water heaters being set at "very hot", the packets don't always dissolve. Nothing else is drawing on hot water. I no longer store the packets under the kitchen sink; indeed, I keep only a few packets at a time in the kitchen.

I have used Cascade and loved it for so very many years, that I now just don't know what to do. The liquid dish detergent just does not get my glasses shining or dishes clean, especially on the top shelf of the DW. It seems I have to re-wash everything by hand, so why bother with a dishwasher. Can you get a lobbyist to help you out of the phosphate bind you are in? One needs to ask if it is worth using far more water to clean dishes than some phosphate. In my dry climate, I vote for phosphate, as water is a precious resource. I sure don't want my dishwasher to become obsolete. I have stood by your product for so many years, that I cannot imagine it doesn't work anymore. I'm so sorry.
