I had made a dish called green bean mousska. It would not have been that hard to scrape off the residue. I saw the commercials for Cascade complete and thought for once I won't have to wash this 9x13 pyrex dish before I wash it.I Also I had some dirty glasses that had Kefir residue that I thought I would not have to rinse. I have a May Tag dish washer and run hot water before I set the timer on the dishwasher. My dishes did not come clean.

I have used Cascade for years but recently it has made all the dishes cloudy, at first I thought it was the rinse ais, then the dishwasher but then I started taking to friends and theirs is doing the same thing and we all use the same cascade product. Please Help!!!!

Used Cascade complete for the first time. It left a white residue on all my glassware, I've never had any problems with my regular brand that costs less. I would not use this product again. Will have to dispose of an almost full bottle after I hand wash the dishes I ran through the dishwasher with Cascade, the white soap scum left behind is like glue, hard to remove.

I was buying all kinds of additives that work in the dishwasher, and still my silverware came out streaked. Also it was expensive adding two of these, plus my soap. I tried the Cascade pacs, and WOW!! I can leave the dishes sit and not have to rise, and they come so clean. I also have streak free silverware....no matter how much is piled in the holder. I wasted a lot of water pre rinsing, so this is so great for me!!!

I have been having problems with Cascade Advanced Power leaving a white powdery residue on all of my dishes that the only way to get it off is to hand scrub the dishes. My dish washer is less than a year old and gets cleaned every month. I would not buy it again. I tried to reach Cascade on the phone but could only get a recording.

I was using the cascade complete and the inside of my dishwasher was always dirty and gunky i had to always take it apart and remve all the racks to clean it around the drainage basket it would be black . I thought it was the dishwasher ,but it is only 3 yrs old . and it had been doing this since I got it. Ihave city water and it isnt the water . So I tried just the plain old cascade and no longer have a dirty dishwasher . my dishes are clean and I can feel safe about putting my dishes away.

I do not like the new "Fresh Scent" in my dishwashing detergent. It was the only available product in that store when I needed to buy more, so I thought I would try it. But, it is overwhelming! The scent lingers in my dishwasher and is not a smell I associate with clean dishes. It smells like a laundromat. It is not "fresh" at all, but obtrusively "scented" when all I want to smell is clean dishes.

I stupidly stopped using the Cascade pacs, going to the Cascade liquid. After a month of frustration with film on the glasses, adding an additive that did little good, I almost replaced the dishwasher. Had one of those ah ha moments, went back to the pacs, and yes, that was the whole problem. I had no idea the two products were so different. I will never switch again. The glasses are sparkling and I am very happy!

I tried the other brand, and I was horribly disappointed. I ended up scrubbing the pots and pans with SOS pads after they came out of the dishwasher. I had spots on everything while using the other brand, and then one time with Cascade Complete...gone. All of the spots, the crusty stuff the other brand left behind...gone with Cascade Complete. I'll never switch again. Cascade Complete rules!

I have been using Cascade for 30 years but won't be using it again. My dishes and silverware are covered with a film that I can't remove. I am now washing by hand to try and preserve what is left of my silverware and dishes. It will cost me several hundred dollars to replace what has been ruined by using this product.
