2 years ago, I never used anything but Cascade, then my dishes didn't come out clean and then I went to Finish and loved it. But decided to give Cascade a try again, THE LAST THING I WANT IS MY FOOD AND DRINK TO TASTE LIKE GAIN and I want to gag when I open my dishwasher and am overwhelmed with washed clothes smell. Get someone to check your products that can smell and taste.

I have been using this product since its arrival for sale and have been very pleased with the results until yesterday. I had made cupcakes using a metal muffin tin that I have had for many years. When I removed it from the dishwasher, it had turned a brownish color, about the color of tea when brewed. Now after scrubbing, I guess its ruined.

Re: Cascade ALLin1 Citrus Breeze phosphate free... I realize that the makers of Cascade were put in a bind after the phosphate ban but holy smokes could you have made a worse product? Left my dishes with a horrible and hard to remove chaulky residue, ruined plasticware and wasted my time trying to determine what the problem was in regards to poor dishwasher performance. I wouldnt give this product a single star if I could help it. And furthermore as for your recommendations on putting vinegar in the rinse water, you can forget that inconvenience. I'll do that when the price of your product matches its poor performance! You need to revamp the formula.

I have used Cascade with Dawn Actionpacs with good results until I bought a new package and chose the Limited Edition Fresh Scent instead of the Citrus I have used in the past. The Fresh Scent smells very strong and even leaves a lasting odor on all my plastic utensils and dishes. The odor is so strong that it can be tasted when the clean utensils and dishes are used. I have begun washing all my plastics by hand until I get this package used up but the odor remains. I also tried running the plastics through a second rinse. I did not notice this problem when I used the Citrus scented pacs. Are there any recommendations for removing this odor from my plastic utensils and bowls?

All my aluminum pots and pans came out with horrible spots all over them. it ruined the finish and I don't know if I can polish it out. I will return the unused pack back to the store and get my money back. I have used Great Value gel dishwashing cleaner for years and plan on using it from now on! Save your money folks.

We have used Cascade in the past and always had great results. Recently, however, the all-in-one packs are causing a white filmy buildup on our dishes due to the phosphate-free restrictions.We have tried every possible variation of the wash and dry cycles to no avail. The only thing that will remove the white film is vinegar. We are concerned that continued use of vinegar may damage our dishwasher. We are at a loss for how to correct this problem considering most detergents are now phosphate free. Are there any current formulations of Cascade that do not leave a white film?

Helps with WELL WATER. I have a new dishwasher and have tried everything to get a smell of "wet dog" off my dishes. This product with the bleach works extremely well. I do wish it had a lemon scent however it does not stop me from praising this wonderful product.

Not sure if anyone has ever used the Cascade Complete packs for this but it worked and worked GREAT! Black water holding tank was stuck at telling me that it was 2/3 full when I knew for a fact that it was empty. After this last camping trip I put Cascade to the ultimate test. Here is what I did. Empty tanks, then put back about 15 gallon of clean water and added several gel packs to tanks. Drove home (about 30+ miles) giving the water a good sloshing and time to work. Emptied both tanks and filled again with clean water to rinse. Both tanks now give perfect readings as to the amount of waste water in each! Sensors are cleaner than they have ever been!! Thanks Cascade for cleaning the ultimate dirty mess!

I recently purchased the Cascade Complete with the Fresh Scent. I used it several times and each time my family told me the cups we were using for our beverages made our drinks smelled and tasted like soap! The taste and smell of soap was also in our dishes and other things that were washed in the dishwasher! The smell was also very strong in the dishwasher when it was empty. I have rewashed everything that has the odor several times but the soap smell and taste has still not gone away. I may have to throw all the cups, plates and bowls and etc. away. I will never buy Cascade Complete Fresh Scent again! Worst product I have ever bought! Very disappointed in this product!!

The first ActionPac I used was amazing - It completely dissolved and left the dishes very clean. Since the first one, however, none has dissolved completely. Instead, I am left with a hard block and dirty dishes. Since one worked and the others did not, all within a short time frame, I feel it is inconsistencies with the product.
