Great product if your looking for chaulky residue and a second hand wash!

Re: Cascade ALLin1 Citrus Breeze phosphate free... I realize that the makers of Cascade were put in a bind after the phosphate ban but holy smokes could you have made a worse product? Left my dishes with a horrible and hard to remove chaulky residue, ruined plasticware and wasted my time trying to determine what the problem was in regards to poor dishwasher performance. I wouldnt give this product a single star if I could help it. And furthermore as for your recommendations on putting vinegar in the rinse water, you can forget that inconvenience. I'll do that when the price of your product matches its poor performance! You need to revamp the formula.

Ruined my glasses

All of my glasses 24 total were ruined by etching when I switched to Cascade complete. I am horribly disappointed and will switch after I finish the pacs I have and replace all of my glasses. I have tried everything in the hope that the cloudiness was not caused by etching, but to no avail. Very disappointed.

Using 12 & Not Experiencing a Clean Load is Abusiv

I just used twelve of these in a cycle and still had more than a few plates and cups that looked unwashed! I usually use six of these on average and only 12 after a family gathering. I was SO disappointed and heartbroken. We cannot live like this!

Please know that it’s important that you should not use multiple pacs in one load. We certainly wouldn’t expect this quality from our products, so we’d like to learn more about your experience and help. Please give us a call at (800) 765-5516.

Cascade

What has happened to Cascade!! I have used it for decades in hard and soft water, in several states and was pleased with the results. Now the film on everything is awful - I can't see me using vinegar on a daily basis. My gold rimmed dishes are suddenly discolored & I can't use vinegar on them! The glasses and flatware come out gritty. Just because phosphates have been removed shouldn't mean the product fails. Go back to the chemists and try again!!

Very effective for the dirtiest of dishes

Cascade platinum plus always makes my dishes squeaky clean with no debris. They remove the dirtiest of dishes with no dried on debris. Very powerful and effective dish tabs. The cheaper models/varieties do not work as well as these. Scent is not at all overpowering. I love the tub vs the bags. Easier to keep safe from pets and easier to store.

does not preform as advertised

I have been watching the commercials that show a man and wife arguing over whether a cupcake tin needs to be soaked before putting in the dishwasher. My experiences are different, I have a new dishwasher and use the potscrubber cycle and Cascade leaves cooked on residue on cookie sheets and crockpot ceramic dishes. Also have to rinse the dishes coming out of the dishwasher due to spots. I can send a photo if you like. Thanks

Container bottom shattered

Unfortunately, this item arrive with the bottom of the tub shattered and not able to contain the dishwasher pods. Had to move to another container for storage. Product it self was okay and movement to a proper container preserved its' effectiveness.

leaves tea stains in mugs

I have used a less expensive product for years and tried this because it was on sale but I am not very impressed. It removed none of the tea stains in my mugs. I will be returning to my usual product. My dishes all look great but if I have to scrub every mug after each wash than it isn't worth it to me.

Crysstalization

I bought this product because I have always been very satisfied with the Cascade dishwashing product. Boy, was I dismayed to find that this new product leaves a thin white film on everythings. I need help to determine how to get the film off my dishes. What a mess!

White Film Left on Dishes Due to Phosphate Restrictions

We have used Cascade in the past and always had great results. Recently, however, the all-in-one packs are causing a white filmy buildup on our dishes due to the phosphate-free restrictions. We have tried every possible variation of the wash and dry cycles to no avail. The only thing that will remove the white film is vinegar. We are concerned that continued use of vinegar may damage our dishwasher. We are at a loss for how to correct this problem considering most detergents are now phosphate free. Are there any current formulations of Cascade that do not leave a white film?
