I have used a less expensive product for years and tried this because it was on sale but I am not very impressed. It removed none of the tea stains in my mugs. I will be returning to my usual product. My dishes all look great but if I have to scrub every mug after each wash than it isn't worth it to me.

I just got a new dishwasher and the first load was completed but not great. The second load had mounds of soap and water in the bottom. It took 6 cycles to clean out the soap and these were the pods that came with my GE dishwasher. I'll never use pods again.

The "NEW" Cascade STINKS. I was the old formula back. We even bought a new dishwasher thinking the old one wasn't working good any more and the new does the same thing. I just read on the box, in tiny tiny print, "phosphate free". It's also "FREE" of doing a good job. It's horrid, doesn't get all the food, leaves a cloud/film on everything. We've added a water filter, new GE dishwasher, brand new water heater to boot and now I find out it's your product not doing it's job. I've used Cascade for 25+ years and now I'm completely dissatisfied

As a scent this has to be the worst for cleaning dishes!! OK for laundry! It isn't fresh - too highly scented. My plastics and metal trays seem to absorb the scent so when I place the trays in a hot oven the smell permeates and when I drink from the lid of a to go mug I can taste the lavender - soooooo not pleasant! Lavender and food do not mix well!!

So i bought into the hype after reading the reviews, and the commercial. I am a very busy person and dishes rack up in my house, and its great not to have to rinse these out. So i tried this cause i just wanted to fill the dishwasher put the actionpac in and see what happens. They were good things came clean accept my childrens milk glasses still had milk stains on them. (I use the Cascade Platinum Rinse aid). y dishwasher is fairly new and it actually reccomends cascade platinum. I cannot recommend these over the other Cascade I used to use, and I certainly cannot justify the price premium this commands due to its relative poor results. After a week of trial, I am not happy and I will be returning the unused products to my local club and buying the Cascade Complete. This is just a marketing gimmick

I tried your dishwasher detergant because it was reasonably priced. Not worth the savings. It left a heavy haze on everything. I believe everything is clean but real hazy. The glasses are no longer see thru. It all scrubs off with effort. Moral to my story: I should have stayed with the other brand. Another 75 cents a box but worth it

2 years ago, I never used anything but Cascade, then my dishes didn't come out clean and then I went to Finish and loved it. But decided to give Cascade a try again, THE LAST THING I WANT IS MY FOOD AND DRINK TO TASTE LIKE GAIN and I want to gag when I open my dishwasher and am overwhelmed with washed clothes smell. Get someone to check your products that can smell and taste.

I have been using this product since its arrival for sale and have been very pleased with the results until yesterday. I had made cupcakes using a metal muffin tin that I have had for many years. When I removed it from the dishwasher, it had turned a brownish color, about the color of tea when brewed. Now after scrubbing, I guess its ruined.

Re: Cascade ALLin1 Citrus Breeze phosphate free... I realize that the makers of Cascade were put in a bind after the phosphate ban but holy smokes could you have made a worse product? Left my dishes with a horrible and hard to remove chaulky residue, ruined plasticware and wasted my time trying to determine what the problem was in regards to poor dishwasher performance. I wouldnt give this product a single star if I could help it. And furthermore as for your recommendations on putting vinegar in the rinse water, you can forget that inconvenience. I'll do that when the price of your product matches its poor performance! You need to revamp the formula.

I have used Cascade with Dawn Actionpacs with good results until I bought a new package and chose the Limited Edition Fresh Scent instead of the Citrus I have used in the past. The Fresh Scent smells very strong and even leaves a lasting odor on all my plastic utensils and dishes. The odor is so strong that it can be tasted when the clean utensils and dishes are used. I have begun washing all my plastics by hand until I get this package used up but the odor remains. I also tried running the plastics through a second rinse. I did not notice this problem when I used the Citrus scented pacs. Are there any recommendations for removing this odor from my plastic utensils and bowls?
