I'm extremely disappointed with this dish detergent. The smell is overpowering, and it lingers on the dishes even after washing. The detergent decolors the dishes badly, leaving them dull and faded. The strong smell raises safety concerns. Overall, I cannot recommend this product due to its strong smell, decoloring the dishes, and potential health risks.

I started using the action packs about six months ago, I tested the product by putting dirty, sticky dishes in the dishwasher. It took the dirt and grease off. It is the best product that I have used, I will continue using the product. here are absoultely no spots on silverware or glasses. Thanks Cascade for coming out with s uch a great product

Let me say first I LOVE Cascade action pacs; they get my dishes clean without any residue. However, this review is specifically for the GAIN scented pacs. The dishwasher smells lovely. The dishes smell and look lovely. The water in the water bottle washed with the GAIN pac tastes like laundry soap! The eggs I scrambled with a rubber spatula taste like laundry soap! I would NOT recommend this specific type of Cascade pacs.

After reading the great reviews posted, I decided to try out the Cascade Action Pacs. I am very disappointed. Although my dishes are clean, there is a white film that is left all over my cups and dishes. I have used the Cascade powder for years and have never had this problem. Unfortunately, I didn't keep my receipt so I can't get my money back. I will stick to the powder form.

I have used Cascade Extra Action powder for years then suddenly a film started developing on my dishes. I switched over to Cascade Complete ActionPaks. It leaves the dishes cleam but the actionpaks leave a chemical scent on my dishes and my plastics absorbed the scent so I had to wash them by hand. I am switching over to another dishwasher product at this time.

I have an older dishwasher that came with the apartment I live in. You had to completely wash the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. I was basically using it to drain the dishes. I saw this on T.V. and went to walmart and got it. All I can say is it is almost magical the way it cleans. I tested it on several hard to wash dishes, dried oatmeal, dried rice krispy cereal and my stainless steel pots and everything came out clean, no stuck on food, no hard water residue. thank you! thank you! thank you! what a time saver. I am disabled and one of the hardest things to do is standing over the sink washing dishes.

I have been watching the commercials that show a man and wife arguing over whether a cupcake tin needs to be soaked before putting in the dishwasher. My experiences are different, I have a new dishwasher and use the potscrubber cycle and Cascade leaves cooked on residue on cookie sheets and crockpot ceramic dishes. Also have to rinse the dishes coming out of the dishwasher due to spots. I can send a photo if you like. Thanks

I have used a lot of dishwasher detergents but none compare to Cascade Complete Pacs. I get what I paid for, clean, shiny dishses, glasses, and flatware. I have always used Cascade products and they just keep getting better! A little pricey...but I don't mind spending the money IF I get the results they promise. I just make sure I have a full load before I wash to get my money's worth. Still comes out clean and beautiful. I would not buy anything else.

Unfortunately, this item arrive with the bottom of the tub shattered and not able to contain the dishwasher pods. Had to move to another container for storage. Product it self was okay and movement to a proper container preserved its' effectiveness.

All my aluminum pots and pans came out with horrible spots all over them. it ruined the finish and I don't know if I can polish it out. I will return the unused pack back to the store and get my money back. I have used Great Value gel dishwashing cleaner for years and plan on using it from now on! Save your money folks.
