We have used Cascade for years. We recently purchased the new and improved and are totally disappointed. We washed two loads of dishes and every glass product had a film, which has been extremely difficult to get off by hand. Even the plates and silverware have a film. We changed nothing except using the 'new and imporved' Cascade. If this is occurring to others be prepared for a large market loss.

The pacs dont dissolve. I keep trying and they just won't which means I'm having to run my dishwasher 2-3 times for one load. It was a waste of money from buying the pacs and from having to re-run my dishwasher. I guess I should've bought a small pack of them before I wasted the money for a box of them that I can't use.

I am not happy with cascade action packs I bought a big tub of them a few months ago and was experiencing spots on my dishes and dispite there commercial my dishes was not clean and I also had powder white residue all over my dishes after it was done. I have since switched to their competitor's product and I have dishes that sprarkle and shine and no residue and my dishes are clean. I am not promoting one product over another but results speak for themselves.

i have been using cascade for a long time. but unti lrecently i have had a problerm with your handle on the large box. the last three times i purchased the box of cascade, when handling it by the handle, the handle broke the last time the handle broke and the box busted open and i lost a quarter of the box. i won't quit using the cascade but i will warn others about the handle. please find another way or glue of securing the handle or consider using another kind of handle on the box. thank you it is a great product. charles

I used the product exactly as directed. My dishwasher is a Maytag and just a few months old. I found the product mostly undissolved and stuck to a knife in the silverware basket. Not exactly what I expected. I would say about 1/10 of the product had dissolved. I don't know how it is expected to work if it doesn't dissolve.

At first I though it was bad coffee, but then when the same taste begin appearing in all my beverages drank from plastic cups - then in my lunch leftovers placed in plastic containers and then the brownies I made from a silicone pan - I realized that all the containers had previously been washed in the dishwasher using the Fresh Scent Cascade concentrated pouch. Yes, the dishes come clean but I am back to hand washing the plastics due to the strong scent and taste being absorbed by my dishes in the dishwasher. The Fresh Scent Cascade Complete is too strong. Now even my dishwasher smells of the strong fake scent. By the way it is a new dishwasher and a sample pack of unscented Cascade left no extra scents or taste on the dishes.

I was using a different brand, but my glasses kept getting cloudier and cloudier, also I had to pre-rinse the dishes. I knew there had to be something better out there... and I found it in Cascade Complete Pacs ! WOW !! My dishes are now super clean without pre-rinsing, the glasses look like new and the silverware is spotless !

I bought the Cascade Complete packs after the claims made in the current TV commercial - OOPS! I've tried the packs three times and they don't dissolve. I even tried setting my hot water heater to the highest temperature, thinking that perhaps they needed extremely hot water to work - no such luck. Instead, a half-dissolved goopy mess is left at the bottom of my dishwasher. I will not buy the product again.

I have always used Cascade, but this last box was a great disappointment. I has turned all my black utensils white with as if it is sucking the color out of them. All of my dishes come out with a film on them. It is Cascade with Dawn powder. I don't know what the big change was, but I am now using it as a laundry booster and have changed to Finish booster packs and my dishes are cleaner. Don't know if I will try Cascade booster packs or not. Totally disappointed in this product.

I've been a Cascade user for over 30 years but not anymore. Your phosphate free formula DOES NOT WORK!!! It is destroying all my dishes, glasses and flatware leaving a heavy white film that is almost impossible to remove. I have a very high end machine and I do not have hard water so your suggestions and explainations about how to rectify are not correct. This new formulation simply DOES NOT WORK!! I will never buy this product again unless the old formulation is again available.
