I've been using Cascade products for years. I recently tried the new "Cascade Complete". This product DOES NOT WORK, do not waste your money. My dishes now come out appearing dirty, incompletely washed and rinsed. DO NOT WASTE your money on this product

Not sue what happened, but some of the pacs were "glued" together when I opened the tub (60 pacs). When I tried to pull them apart the contents spilled out of the pacs, thus causing more of them to stick together. What I was able to use worked just fine and I would use again, but feel that I spent big bucks for many pacs that can't be used. Next time I will only buy the product in a smaller package and not one of the larger tubs.

I have been using Cascade for years...and loved it! You changed your product...I didnt know it. And when the dishes, glasses, utensils came out cloudy, I thought it was my dishwasher. So, I bought a new one! OMG...its your disguesting product. I will never use it again...and will tell everyone, not to use cascade every again. YOU HAVE RUINED ALL OF MY DISHES, AND GLASSES.

I have used Cascade for many years and now it leaves a white coating on all my dishes and silverware. Not sure if I will be able to get it all off by hand washing. I am very disappointed and will be switching products. On the box, it advertizes "rinses away residue, leaves dishes sparkling." This is not true. Something has changed drastically with this product.

Up until recently I had always been a satisfied Cascade user. I thought my new dishwasher was malfunctioning. My dishes are no longer clean, my flatware has to be rewashed, my flatware has staining both white and rust colored, my glasses are not clear. I am very unhappy with your product. I have researched and have switched to Finish Powerballs.

I recently started using this product and I have to run my dishwasher twice just get the product to disolve. The only way it works the first time is if I put the product in the silverware holder, if it's put in the dispenser, the dispenser doesn't open properly.

I bought this product because I have the dish soap and liked the scent of it and it cleans my dishes well. I have used the cascade tablets on multiple settings in my dish washer to have it turn out the same every time.I have tried cleaning the dish washer thinking that was the problem that did hot help either. The dishes are covered with a white film that I cannot remove after I get them out of the dish washer. They look horrible and our food tastes even worse. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Used Cascade complete for the first time. It left a white residue on all my glassware, I've never had any problems with my regular brand that costs less. I would not use this product again. Will have to dispose of an almost full bottle after I hand wash the dishes I ran through the dishwasher with Cascade, the white soap scum left behind is like glue, hard to remove.

I have had a few pots and pans that were beyond help with scorched stuck on food in th bottom, plus the ususal scorch marks up the sides. I put in Cascade powder, about 3/4 cup, and added really hot water to just cover the bottom, (3") ant placed lid on and soaked a few hours. The mess lifted out, and the stained sides easily came clean with a scrubbie and a bit of cascade or soap. The pans were like new. Thank you!

I am not a new Cascade ActionPacs user, but decided t try the new New Zealand Spring Scent. BIG mistake!!!!!!! Although the fragrance might have been pleasant, it definitely is NOT a product you want to try. Everything that was in that load came out tasting the way the product smelled. It may smell good, but tasting it in your morning coffee is definitely not a good experience I had to run the load through a complete cycle without detergent and another rinse cycle before the smell and taste went away and I was able to use the dishes that were in that load.
