I am terribly disapointed in this product! I have used Cascade powder for years. This formula repaced the orginal powder formula I'd been using. I've used it 2 times . My dishes come out with a film. I've checked my diswasher and all is well including the jet-dry container. I used the last of the old formula this week and the dishes were sparkling clean. This new formula is not working!! I've tried to use less and the poor results are the same. I can't wait for P&G to be open so I may speak in person to someone about the problem!

I have always used Cascade until this summer a bought a bottle of liquid Cascade. It was crystallized and would not mix together even with violent shaking. I decided to give it another try because of loyalty if nothing else but the next bottle was the same. Dishes did not come out clean but with a cloudy look to the glasses.

i was very disappointed with the product. I ran the dishwasher twice and finally just broke the little package open. It kinda opened a little bit the second time but it was still all together. I do not believe I will ever try this again. I though being cascade it would be good (it looked like a good idea) but I obviously was wrong.

Amazing clean but smell awful. Even after extra rinse the smell is blatant. Ruined many hot drinks and meals already. If the blue in the pack really is a the scent and not a gimmick I'll try popping and draining that part. My dishwasher is near new and sparkling clean, no issue with the appliance. My water isn't hard, my dishes are near new. No reason to blame anything other than these packs. Other detergents work fine. Don't even really understand the scent thing… why? It's not furniture.. why do dishes need to smell? If I could return I would, likely chucked the receipt weeks ago when I hadn't realized these were a dud.

I have used Cascade for YEARS and was very satisfied with the way it cleaned the dishes. This phosphate free product was put on the market, I bought 2 boxes just figuring the Cascade Product would clean as well. Well, was I totally DISAPPOINTED. It leaves a film on everything and even discolors some. No, it is not the dishwasher, it is the product. So we are out the price of 2 large boxes and I am still having to wash everything that comes out of the dishwasher. It is not the price of the product, it is the fact I will have to throw it out and find another dishwasher product I can count on.

I have used Cascade for many years and now it leaves a white coating on all my dishes and silverware. Not sure if I will be able to get it all off by hand washing. I am very disappointed and will be switching products. On the box, it advertizes "rinses away residue, leaves dishes sparkling." This is not true. Something has changed drastically with this product.

For 2 straight cycles and the same load of dishes, the cascade action pack did not dissolve. My dishwasher has been running for 3 hours now, 2 cascade packs thrown up for opening but the powder doesn't dissolve and just sticks to the inside of the dishwasher door. For someone like myself who pinches pennies in order to put food on my plate doesn't have the money to waste on soap I have to throw away and 3 plus hours of the dishwasher constantly running. I would love my money back so I can purchase a product that actually works and doesn't waste my electricity.

We used to use Finish Powerball and Jet Dry Rinse Aid....Then we tried Cascade ActionPacs...No matter what we did, we had hard water stains, smudges, and lefton food more often than not. Then I heard about Cascade Platinum and tried it. Let me tell you, we were blown away after the very first use. The glasses no longer looked cloudy, the coffee mugs didn't have a tint anymore. This stuff is legit and worth the price!

I'm so sad Cascade has changed to no phosphates. I've been using cascade for over 10 years, and loved every new invention they made...until now. We must have hard water because even after one wash, our dishes no longer rinse clean. Cascade used to take care of that with rinse side and the packets. Now, It's a waste of time to wash my dishes twice because of the awful film. I'm going to switch to something that works.

While I do like the smell of clean after using Cascade Complete in our dish washer, all of the glasses have to be re-washed to remove the spots and haze. We went to this product because regular Cascade was leaving the same haze. We will have to figure out a different detergent.
