I have used regular cascade on my aluminum pots for years but when I used the action pacs with dawn they all came out black. What happened to the quality control?? I read the replies from Cascade about about some aluminum not being dishwasher safe but I have always put mine in the dishwasher with no problems. Only the gel pacs have discolored them. Very dissatisfied!

gonna turn 50 preety soon and had never seen any interest in a dishwasher ha but we bought a house that had one and let me tell you with those little packs im a changed women there perfect and every thing smells fresh and clean great products ive been told there may be cheaper but on these products its worth every penny.get the job done the first time without any worries.

Out of the ten action pacs I have tried (I purchased a bag of 20), only four dissolved. The other six were partial open/dissolved and most of the powder was stuck to the inside of my dishwasher's dispenser and had to be pried off. Very displeased by this, as I have used them previously with no problems at all.

This product does a good job cleaning my dishes but it has caused a white fill to appear on my new set of glasses. I've tried everything to remove this white film but it won't come off and it makes the glasses look dirty. Any tips on how to remove this white film and what may be causing this?

I am very disappointed in the all in one packs. There are some good points...I do like the convenience...how easy it is just to slip one into my dishwasher. However, my dishes come out with a film on them that is disgusting and tastes like soap. After having to re rinse all my dishes, I might as well just do them by hand in the first place.

While I do like the smell of clean after using Cascade Complete in our dish washer, all of the glasses have to be re-washed to remove the spots and haze. We went to this product because regular Cascade was leaving the same haze. We will have to figure out a different detergent.

After satisfactory use of a house brand dishwasher pack from a warehouse store for a year or so, I changed to Cascade when the house brand had a different appearance. Figuring the formula of my old one had changed, i thought I would go with a well-known but more expensive product. Not only are my dishes now NEVER clean, they have more film and residue on them coming out of the dishwasher than when they went in! I wish I had not bought the giant container of Cascade and I will NEVER buy Cascade again!

After spending $400.00 in plumbing and appliance servicing, I was told the cascade platinum was building up at the bottom of my dishwasher, causing the soap bubbles and water to flow out of the dishwasher. I went to another website and read the one star reviews, and found other people with the same problem and pictures.

The ActionPacs will not work in my top line KitchenAid Dishwasher. They are too thick and jam the detergent dispenser door. Even with using dry hands as recommended, and drying out the dispenser, these jam 100% of the time. I have to wait until in the wash cycle, open the dishwasher then open the dispenser manually. What a pain!

I have enjoyed using the Cascade Complete products and thought I would try the Cascade Complete in Citrus Breeze Scent...WRONG thing to do!! I started noticing that my food tasted like soap, the plastic baby bottles and containers were turning orange! VERY UNHAPPY with this product! I will still use the Cascade Complete, but NEVER the Citrus Breeze Scent!! I mentioned it to my daughter and she too had the same thing happen....what a shame because usually it is nice to get the citrus smell.
