I resently switched to your product, Cascade with Dawn 32 action packs. I have had a canning funnel for over 25 years, it still looked pretty good. I used your Action pac and now it looks terrible, the color is gray and brown etc. It looks as though it had been throgugh a war. My black plastic set of cooking utensils are now ashy gray. I have, or had, a canister set, they were black, they now have white spots all over them that will not come off. Not only has your product ruined some of my most used and best looking cooking accessories, all of my dishes have had to be rewashed, by hand to get the nasty film coating off of them. Most of my utensils will not come clean even after several washings

I bought the cascade action pacs because there were very few bottles of dishwashing liquid left on the shelf, and lots of tubs of these various gel pacs. I thought, new technology, might work better. I am very disappointed in this product. I tried it twice, and both times it left a white film on the silverware and glasses. It also did not clean nearly as well as the liquid detergent. I will be sending in the UPC code for a refund. This is a terrible product. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I purchased the dishwashing tabs, and I must say that it cleans my dishes. However, the scent remains on my dishes, especially my drinking glasses. I can even taste it on my Tupperware glasses. I would think this was perhaps something to do with my dishwasher but no other dishwashing tabs do this. I will not buy this product again because of the scent. I don't need my dishes to have a nice smell - all I want is them to be clean. If the scent is removed, I will consider purchasing them again.

This product has a serious flaw although it does a perfectly good job with cleaning. I bought a high-end dishwasher that requires this type of detergent and, disliking being told what to do, bought Cascade (have used the powder for many years) instead of the detergent recommended by the manufacturer. Very rapidly, plastic items (eg Rubbermaid lids or water bottles) developed a fragrant odor that profoundly affected the flavor of the food stored in the containers. I found some of my leftovers to be inedible due to the perfumed taste, not to mention that I like my water to taste like water. I bought the recommended detergent and the problem has disappeared. Sorry about that.

Leaves white nasty film all over dishes. Makes glasses and especially silverware really nasty looking and requiring additional rinsing.

I'm very happy with the product but I was not happy to find out that there was a discount on the item one week after I purchased it

Bought to see if they worked as well as Finish Quantum. Unfortunately just didn't work as well for me.

Damaged utencils. The top coating of some utencils reacted with the chemicals in cascade and after the wash the utencil was not usable anymore.

Cascade has it right with this product! I will never use any other product again. My dishes are cleaner then ever!!!
