Damaged utencils. The top coating of some utencils reacted with the chemicals in cascade and after the wash the utencil was not usable anymore.

Used this for a week. It left a very strong smell on all my dishes after wash that made me gag. Will return and never use again.

I'm very happy with the product but I was not happy to find out that there was a discount on the item one week after I purchased it

These work great in my dishwasher! I like to use them with the streak free rinse and it makes things come off plates and bowls without rinsing them first! Packaging keeps my curious cats from chewing through it!

As you can see, I'm practical of cascade platinum pacs. They are my favourite. Smells absolutely refreshing. Made from clean ingredients, it cleans dishes so well it does not leave residue. Easy to use and friendly to dishwashers and the filter.

The product works fairly well it will sometimes leave a bit of food particles behind but dose a good job over all. It has a very well consistency and functions pretty good

Works like a charm! My dishes feel and look cleaner since switching, and the container fits great under the sink. I don't feel the need to pre-rinse stuff before putting them into the dish washer anymore.
