I filled my dishwasher rinse dispenser with Cascade Rinse Aid and ran the washer cycle. My tableware, pans, glasses and plastic were cloudy and all spotted. I am trying to find a way to empty the dispenser because items coming out of the dishwasher are unattractive to use. I am very disappointed!!

I resently switched to your product, Cascade with Dawn 32 action packs. I have had a canning funnel for over 25 years, it still looked pretty good. I used your Action pac and now it looks terrible, the color is gray and brown etc. It looks as though it had been throgugh a war. My black plastic set of cooking utensils are now ashy gray. I have, or had, a canister set, they were black, they now have white spots all over them that will not come off. Not only has your product ruined some of my most used and best looking cooking accessories, all of my dishes have had to be rewashed, by hand to get the nasty film coating off of them. Most of my utensils will not come clean even after several washings

I've tried all the Cascade dishwasher products. The poorest have been the COMPLETE & COMPLETE with Dawn. I was disappointed by the brown smudges that were left on my white dishes. All required scrubbing and additional washing. I also feel the product is too expensive!

I switched from the detergent that worked well, by accident because they were all sold out, and since the last detergent I used didn't work adequately, I decided to Google which detergent is the effective, so I ended up with cascade platinum. It works terribly! I'm going back to the cheap palmolive lemon liquid detergent! I have photos.

I have tried this product in 3 dishwashers and it seems to work 3% ofthe time. I have a brand new dishwasher and they still don't dissolve. What a waste of my money again. I have bought these stood packs three times now and have given them away every time.

Tried the new action packs and noticed a terrible white film on everything--especially my glasses and silverware. It doesn"t really come off and has ruined all the plastics handles on my Cutco steak knives. I thought it was something in my water (my dishwasher is a new Maytag) but on Thanksgiving day one of my guests noticed it and told me she was having the same problem. It had ruined all her son's plastic glasses. I have thrown it out and am switching my brand.

Have used this product for years. But the last 2 or so years it works very poorly. Need to use twice as much and on a longer cycle. Wasteful! Procter & Gamble should be more honest with their customers and inform them that their product is now phosphate-free and thus market more for environmental concerns than performance. To be fair, I don't know of ANY dishwasher detergent that works well now that they're all phosphate-free.

I am using the new Cascade Advance Power dishwasher detergent. It leaves a white film on the black telfon utensils. I have tried vinegar to remove it. It only removed about 75 percent. Now my utensils look old. I am upset that this was not tested before being released to consumers.

My 18/10 cookware, silverware and clear plastic containers are all completely ruined. I tried washing them again after removing them from the dishwasher, but the stains appear to be permanent. I understand the need to remove the phosphates, but this is just wrong. I used to be proud of my cookware etc. Now I wash by hand the things I don't want ruined. I don't believe we have an hard water issue. I can say that I will no longer use this product. So sad after using Cascade for over 30 years.
