ERA is not nearly as thick as my usual detergent, It is extremely watery. Based on that it just seems that it would be inferior to my usually detergent.

We have been using this for the past few months and love how it gets tough stains and odors out. Works as good as the more expensive detergents with what I would say a cleaner, fresher scent.

I went back to era because it cleans my clothes for less!! I was a tide user BUT it never really got my clothes clean and it's expensive!! Peril same thing!! Thanks era!!!

I was looking for a alternative detergent to replace my current detergent because of rising cost. I have not been disappointed with Era. The fragrance is good and haven’t had any issues with it cleaning my Laundry. Will continue to use. Online only

This is the first time to buy this brand because they were out of our usual. We have sensitive skin and so far this detergent has worked well for our whole family. It has a nice smell and leaves no residue.

Reasonable price and quality, cleans whites and colors, really have no complaints. Just as good as name brands without all the gimmicky "technology", "scents" or "boosts".

Our family has used this laundry soap for years and have been getting it from sam's club for years as well. They had the best deal on it. Now its only available online and who wants to pay shipping on laundry soap? We have a few stores around Pittsburgh PA and none of them carry the item any longer. Such a disappointment! Bring it back!

This was my first shipped purchase from Sam’s. The container had damaged threads on the spout. When the container was set up in the cabinet in the dispense position, it leaked. The leak was found days later with a loss of about 1/4 of the full container and a big mess. A feedback email went unanswered. I am leary to do any additional online shopping with Sams

Still waiting on it the complete delivery. I called to inform Customer Service, that I only got one of the two I ordered. They never refunded the cost of the 2nd but told me they were sending me we one for the replacement. I followed the delivery and FedEx process and they received it damaged in transit, once I seen that I sent a message to both FedEx and Sam’s Club Customer Service still have not heard back from them. I have called the 800 number and was hung up on 3 separate times on the 3rd time I asked to speak to a Supervisor once the picked up but the told me couldn’t and i again asked for a supervisor. I was put on hold the I heard them pick up the call and heard them hang up the call. I am very disappointed with the Customer Service I received with this ordered.

This is a great product, but I am a little frustrated that I have to order on line to get laundry detergent. It has been in stores and was easy to pick up, now I have to plan to reorder and wait till it gets shipped. If I could find this product in the stores I would purchase there instead of ordering on line.
