I used to work for a food broker. Procter and Gamble did a stain-treating test between Era and Tide, and Era was better. So P&G had to pull back on promoting Era, since it was cannibalizing their sales of Tide. When I got a new HE washing machine, I was happy to find a great price on Era.

I used this detergent several years and don't know why I stopped. I saw it at Sam's and decided to try it again. Boy, I'm so glad I did! My whites have never been whiter. I had a pair of pants with a chocolate stain that had been there for a while - after one wash, it's gone! I love this stuff!!

Great laundry detergent with a great scent. I find this detergent to be very effective and I really appreciate the fact that it does not have an overpowering scent. The scent is a clean smell, not floral or fruity or like perfume. It is also a good value. I highly recommend anyone trying it.

Ultra Concentrated ERA detergent consistently cleans well. This product has a nice scent which is not overpowering. The container is easy to store which makes dispensing quite easy. I’ve used it for years and will continue to use it on all kinds of fabric.

ERA is my favorite laundry detergent. I have been using it for over 20 years. I like that it cleans our clothes well, and the light scent doesn't linger in our clothes like some laundry detergents do. If I have a stain, I just apply the liquid directly, wait a while, wash as normal, and the stain usually comes all the way out. I also use it to cut through soap scum in the bathtub, just spread it around, lightly rub it off, no hard scrubbing.

I’ve used Era for years and have never been let down. It may not be advertised like Gain or Tide but If you check the studies it actually is given a higher rating than both. Google laundry detergent studies and you’ll see that Era is in the top 5 detergents. And for the price Sam’s Club offers you can’t beat it! I order Era in bulk and don’t break the bank!

I’ve been using this laundry detergent for many years. Now that it’s not sold in the stores I have to find other places to purchase it. It’s truly the best at cleaning stains from grease, grass and other difficult items. Love this product! Highly recommend it!

This is ther first time I have purchased Era detergent. I really like the detergent. The smell of the detergent is a light scent and pleasant. Me and my husband can't handle detergents with a strong scent. Plus, I really like the jug it's in. All I do is push the button and detergent comes out of the spout. I don't have to lift the jug to pour the detergent.

Amazing detergent. This has been around for many decades and continues to surprise. It is one of the first detergents with enzymes and will get out the toughest odors and stains. This also lreaves a nice fragrance, similar to what laundry smelled like in the 60's.

I had forgotten about this detergent as I hadn’t seen it in stores for a long time. Recently saw it on the Sam’s website and decided to try it instead of my usual Gain. My grandmother always used ERA and clothes always looked great. It is not heavily scented like the Gain detergents so for some that is a plus. I use scent beads with it because I do like a little more scent. Seems to clean clothes as well as gain. I wash all of my clothes in Woolite as the fabrics need a little gentler care, but for my sons clothes, sheets, and towels it has worked well.
