Super comfortable, very absorbent, doesn't leak, and very reliable. it is extra long, but I find that a plus- does not "show" through my pants. It also fits easily into purse so I can take them with me wherever I go. I would definitely recommend them.

I like how thin they are, you can’t tell you’re wearing them like you can with the bulkier pads. Even though they are thin, they work really well. The Always Extra Heavy pads have provided her with dependable absorbency through the night. She states they are very comfortable and do not make her feel like she is wearing a diaper.

I have happily been using these pads for years. My last purchase was 4/22/22. This order of pads is different from what I have been using. They smell. I have been walking around all day trying to figure out what stinks, and it's me and this Always discreet pad. The smell is like stale talc or old dried flowers. It's on my pants now too. I am fragrance sensitive; don't even use scented fabric softener. I certainly don't want any strange fragrance in contact with my most sensitive female parts. Why did Always add this fragrance? To avoid odors, suggest users change more frequently. Also this new order; when I remove the used pad, there are cryptic black lines down the adhesive strip. What the heck is that?? Why did Always fix a product that already worked well? Now I am on the hunt for a new incontinence pad. Sorry Always. This pad is not discreet. You can smell it coming at you. I will not recommend a pad that stinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These heavy regular pads as super absorbent. They are not too bulky and fit nicely in my purse and/or gym bag. Easy to use in panties and don't have overhangs. They are sticky but do not stick to my leg since slim lined. They are absorbent and I didn't have any leaks while using these at all. Great for regular use or to keep on hand for emergencies too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Always Discreet Extra Heavy Regular Pads. The pads are soft and keep you dry. The size is longer for better leak coverage. I have Diabetes so sometimes if my sugar is high I'll have accidents until it goes back to normal. I definitely will use these and recommend you try them for yourself.
