I have graduated strengths I use depending on the day. I have found the 6 to be the most effective when I will be up and about all day. It give me a lot of confidence for the day. I also appreciate the length of coverage. I would definitely purchase again as needed.

I buy these every couple of months for my mother-in-law. She lives a few hours away, so I buy them here and have them delivered there. She likes the product, they work well for her needs. She's 93 years old, and doesn't get out much, so i appreciate that I can order them on line thru Sam's Club, and have them delivered to her front door. I ordered them today because they were on sale, and I appreciate the bargain. The product fits her needs, and a package of 90 lasts for about 45 days. She asks for this specific product, so I am happy that Sams stocks them, and frequently have them on sale.

Because of my lower back pain, which is interfering with my bladder function, I need to use these incontinence pads. This product is just what I need. Absorbent, functional, discreet, does exactly what I need. Adheres to fabric well, and is long enough to catch leaks, front, back, and sides. Thank you Always Discreet. You have an excellent product. These have a scent. I'm allergic to fragrances. If it says so on the box I didn't see it. And who expects something like that to smell like gain. They're also a bit disappointing in absorption.

I found the middle of the pad saturated, and the ends dry.

Does not hold the amount of liquid that Poise does. It leaks over onto my underwear.

They looked and felt great and there was no odor. Only problem was the moisture did not spread throughout the pad, and it leaked when less than 1/3 the pad was wet. Will never buy these again.

I find I am changing clothes frequently with these. I am use to the hour glass style and those hold my incontinence much better. These are also very narrow. I think they should be rated at a 2 or 3 for absorbency. Need to position higher in front.

These are the worst... no better than period pads... extra long is useless, it barely absorbs just in the middle... far to costly for the tiny bit it does

A 1 because there’s nothing lower. Astonished that brand so highly recognized could be this worthless. I used another brand bought at Sam’s (and now elsewhere) as long as you carried it. When I saw this well-known name brand in its place, I purchased it. Used one item from the purchase and will never use another. Could not be less effective. Just continuing to buy elsewhere ( since Sam’s no longer Carrie’s it) my preferred, effective Poise.
