These Always Discreet pads are really good but they are really big, also! They are thick and very long. I found them to be a bit uncomfortable because of their size; however, they seemed to be very effective with soaking up urine and containing the smell.

And you can not see them through your clothes… they also hold a lot and I don’t need to worry!!! Major relief! Cons.. They're very discreet, comfortable, soft, strong and durable, leak free, smell free, absorbs moisture very well. You can use them all day and forget you have them on, even during the night they're great because they stay in one place they don't move even if you do in your sleep. I've had no leakage whatsoever and they've protected me for some embarrassing accidents. I have hardly any with this product! I love the packaging for this product, it's covered in beautiful purple and blue colors. They directions are easy to read on the back and there's a picture of the product on the front so you see what you're using.

They have a light floral scent, the pad side is soft, and it has stretchy edges to help keep leaks where they belong. Comfortable enough to wear all day long and feel confident in the coverage.
