[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Always Discreet Extra Heavy Incontinence Pads work very well for bladder issues and are quite discreet. They don't feel bulky and stay in place well so if you are active you don't have to worry about them moving around. I have bladder leakage issues but don't want to have embarrassing accidents so these pads help me be able to enjoy life still with always having to search for a restroom or just staying home when my family and friends go out. These are extra heavy so they absorb a lot plus they have odor protection and a rapid dry core so your skin doesn't stay wet which makes them more comfortable until you can change the pad. I would definitely recommend this product if you have bladder issues and they work very well for me.

Thick without feeling like a diaper. Even better they did a great job of protecting my clothes and not leaking. Overall great product.

She told me they keep her skin dry and absorb a lot of liquid. They are easy to use and don't cause any skin irritation at all which is good. They lock away odor and keep her dry for hours! These are really good pads!
