[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great for those days (and nights) where you need extra protection. Didn’t feel too bulky but provided enough protection. The material can be improved, however. I have sensitive skin and felt like I developed a diaper rash by the third day.

These use to be the VERY BEST on the market. I hated poise feels like a board on. But these are a lot more comfortable. But now I am beginning to not like these too. They USE TO BE a 5 star rating but sense they changed them they LEAK BADLY!!! They NEVER EVER USE TO. But now it’s a different story. PLEEEEAAAASSSEEEE put these back to the way they was!!!!

I've tried a variety of products but just now, realized that the Always Discreet Extra Heavy Regular Pads are perfect for my needs especially overnight. They are thin, the liquid turns to gel between the layers, no stains or leakage at all. They do have a very faint scent but nothing that is noticeable even to myself. Finally, I have found the pad to protect me when I need it most. I definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a reliable product from a well know brand.

They are Nice and long enough to cover the most important spots. They are not super thick but they are very absorbent. I will be getting these again.
