[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an older woman, these really provide a secured layer of protection. It doesn’t feel bulky and provides adequate coverage. It would be nice to have these with wings like the sanitary pads to provide that extra protection.

I can honestly say that this is one of my favorite pads as it is wide enough and long enough that I'm not waking up with any red spots in my undies or anything anywhere else such as my pants or bedding.

My periods have become extremely heavy once I hit mid 40’s …now that I’m 49 it’s so heavy I needed something as a backup,even though I wear the most absorbent tampons on the market,when I am at work,out running errands and ESPECIALLY at bedtime. These keep me from leaking out and ruining my clothing or sheets at night. What a life saver. And it’s so nice to not have to worry about accidents. These keep my anxiety at bay. Highly recommend

I know its for heavy bladder leakage, but these guys felt like they were for after pregnancy pads. They were huge. From my bellybutton to my crack. The Always Discreet Extra Heavy Regular Pads 6 33 count are super absorbable and easy to apply. They stay put too. I tried to upload photos however I kept receiving an error message.
