[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are very thick which it probably why they work so well, but it's not very discreet. They almost seem as if it's a diaper down there but hey on day 3 and 4 it's what we need. It held up really well to the heavy days.

This product isn’t to bulky and easy to use. Would recommend for anyone with bladder leaks to help feel free to live a normal life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet Extra Heavy Pads are really thin for being so absorbent. The ones I got don’t have wings but they stay put nicely. They have what they call LeakGuards that keep wetness contained. They also keep you dry.

These by far as the best I’ve tried thus far. You can’t even tell you are wearing them either! I stay dry and will definitely be buying again.

They work well enough for that purpose though I’m sure they’re better for what they were intended for. If your in a pinch, these will do as they are just as comfortable and seemed to be as effective.
