Although called extra heavy, they are not too big. and they work wonderfully. I’ve never had a leakage problem or felt uncomfortable. They work wonderfully for me.

The only downside to them is that they are a little too thick for my liking. One good thing about them is that normally pads like this bother me and are itchy and these don’t do that. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these pads for overnight. Most overnight pads are big and bulky but these aren’t. They don’t make me feel like I’m wearing a diaper yet they hold a ton. I feel like I stay dry and there’s no stink. Will definitely be rebuying.

These pads are suppose to be for bladder leakage but these have worked very well for her period. She will always leak throughout the day, but has not had leakage while wearing one of these.
