I like that they move with me and don't bunch up. I get super heavy menstruals and these allow me to feel confident because I don't have to worry about leaks.

The adhesive sticks really good to underwear but is not so strong that it is hard to remove. They are super absorbent and when you use them you do not need to worry about break through leaks.
