[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The package is just your basic package. They're not uncomfortable and don't have that "diaper" feeling. They were a little big fit but not terrible. They aren't the best for absorption and had an odd smell to them.

But the one bad thing is that as I am overweight they did not stay in place all the time. I feel if they had wings they would be a better fit.
