However, my overactive bladder had other plans and I found myself needing more protection and these pads are perfect for that! I've had the sudden gushes during the day and in using these particular pads, I had no worries about leakage. They're really great for if you get up in the night to go and sometimes just getting up causes gushes that would otherwise soak you and your bed. Not with these! These pads are long enough and thick enough to prevent accidents. I'm really glad I gave them a try.

I am a mom of 4, I have lupus nephritis and suffer from kidney disease. I often have accidents or run to the bathroom. With these, I felt secure knowing I was safe from an accident!!
