[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tries the Always Discreet extra heavy pads and these worked great for me. Held up really well, I didn't have any issues with it sliding, and I like the double layers to help keep me dry. And they aren't super thick, or thin! Just right for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the heavy regular pads for a few months now and love it, the feel of the pads are so comfortable, it is like it is not there, it stays where you put it.. I am getting old now so exercising is back on my to do list, and i have noticed when i wear the pads it really stays put. you do not have to stop doing something you enjoy doing when you can have a little help along the way. it is like thank you for giving me my life back so i can do the things i want to do and not have to do .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to be completely honest, I selected the entirely wrong product. I did not pay close enough attention to the title or description of the product. I do not have a use for these pads but I'm sure they are lovely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These extra heavy pads from Always Discreet are great. They are not bulky like I thought they would be. They are comfortable and super absorbent. I like that they move with me and don't bunch up. I get super heavy menstruals and these allow me to feel confident because I don't have to worry about leaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have super heavy periods unfortunately and always need extra protection so I use these for periods but also have experienced bladder issues that have become very stressful and embarrassing. I feel 100% protected with these and you cannot tell in any way I have them on. I even wear with leggings. I definitely recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these always discreet extra heavy pads! They are very comfortable to wear and do not feel bulky. They are also very reliable as I know they will not slide off because they adhere nicely to my underwear. I also feel confident knowing that the pad will soak up any of my fluids. It is so reassuring that I can use a product that works well and does the job!! I would highly recommend these to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Without being to descriptive. I use these for my overnight heavy flows and they worked great. No more getting up in the middle of the night to change out my pads. Or having to worry about leaking while I move or sleep. They stayed in place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always discreet extra heavy, offers great length and great coverage! Perfect for long days at work or road trips. Provided enough coverage and held in moisture. Retained shape well and backing is not too sticky.
