The lining prevents any leakage, but they are not visible at all, even under tight fitting pants. Effective, well made product at a very reasonable price.

And true to their advertising they are heavy duty. I use them for bladder control also. I find them easy to wear and heavy duty coverage. I also like the amount of 33 pads to a package. That in itself sold me on the product.

They are very absorbent, so when wearing them, I don’t worry about them leaking. They have like a side guard (kinda like the diapers have) so that nothing will leak out. The only thing is that they are extremely long, and they feel a little bit bulky. Would love them more if they could do the same job but be thinner and a little bit shorter.

They aren't bulky, I don't have to worry about sagging or them being noticed, they really are discreet! They last longer than the other brands and they are more affordable too.

I left these out for her to use when she stays with us. So far, there have not been any issues with wet or damp sheets or furniture so I can say, indirectly, that they work and serve their purpose well and as advertised. I would recommend these to control unintended bladder leaks.

Good absorbing pad and doesn't show through my panties or pants. Cute flower packaging. Can wear for hours before changing. Does the job it needs too.

Needless to say, I’m so thankful for these Always Discreet Extra Heavy Regular Pads! No more wet spots on my clothes and no more embarrassing odors when I do leak! These are perfect for literally any occasion or just for everyday. I love bringing them on road trips, parades, etc., anything where I know I will be standing/sitting for long periods of time. Now, I’m not saying they’re like a diaper where you can go crazy in them. But, they are definitely my private security blanket to stop embarrassing moments! Comfortable, easy to use and dispose of and I never leave home with one in my purse!

They work well enough for that purpose though I’m sure they’re better for what they were intended for. If your in a pinch, these will do as they are just as comfortable and seemed to be as effective.
