I used Always bladder pads for years, beginning with liners and graduating to a thicker pad as the years passed. I. Loved wearing them, very comfortable and best of all they were thin not bulky. However, what I didn't know is that I had developed an allergic reaction to the pads. For years I had an extremely itchy vaginal area, so bad that it was practically raw. I received several samples of a competitors brand and decided to use them. Within 10 days the itching had stopped. Many others have had no problems with using always pads. And I don't know if I am the only one who had severe reaction to using Always or if there are others. Regardless I miss wearing them. I am sorry I can no longer use them.

Oh these are amazing! I used these after it rained and my allergies started to kick in. I was coughing and sneezing so much and every time I would have a bladder leak. These pads are great they held everything for longer than I expected. I will be buying me more of these Always discreet. The name fits the product perfectly! Thank you for letting me try this product! Always also has the extra heavy, heavy long, and moderate long which is the one I tried. I will continue to use these pads and let all of my friends know about them! Always Discreet 67

Without going into a menopausal rage I can't express how disappointed I am with this product. Its more of a liner than an absorbancy pad. The product drop or number description is exclusive to their brand because it sure doesn't compare to any other. I'm now stuck with 162 liners that are of no use what so ever. Do your homework before buying these.

Ladies let's keep it real you know I'm always like to keep it real and I absolutely adore these pads I wear them in conjunction with other feminine products just to have the ultimate protection to Prevent leaks and these work wonders they do move around they're not very secure like they don't always stay where you need them too but they are Used as a "just in case" scenario in my particular situation so I don't mind but they do a great job that's a comfortable, their discreet and I would purchase them again and would actually recommend them

I really like this product it works very well and keep you feeling dry, but also very comfortable. This product worked well for me when I needed. The only thing I think could make this product any better would for it to have wings. I would buy this product again for sure it definitely met my expectations.

If you're looking for an affordable and reliable way to get through your day or night this it it. I always get the protection I deserve from using this product. I have a lot of trouble with my bladder since having a child, so finding a product that discreetly helps to deal with the occasional leakage has always been a struggle until I came across this product. Out of all the leakage products out there this one is the most reliable especially at night, so I don't have to worry about laying in one position all night long. Love it!!

Absorbent and comfortable to wear. I didn't feel like I was wearing a diaper or felt like people knew I had a heavy pad on. I was in an accident and I felt better knowing I had extra protection as I moved slowly, so I appreciated knowing it was there to assist me.

Absolutely love this product. It's so much thinner than the pads I usually get. The coverage is perfect. And the glue is not staying stuck to my panties. Always a plus with me. I would definitely recommend anyone try these pads out for the protection your looking for. This product was my first VBox from Influenster thank you for the product to try. This was not purchased at brands website. Tested free from Influenster VBox.
