They work as intended, they absorb extra moisture/leakage and they are very discreet! Small package for easy storage in a small purse or bag. The scent is too much though! Everything in my purse smells like my pads! I don’t find the scent appealing at all so I cannot handle it’

I've been using Poise for years and have been annoyed because I could always feel that the pad was there, often as a wedgie, and a constant reminder that I was wearing a pad. I use the light ultra-thin pads. With Always, I don't have the wedgie effect and don't notice that I'm wearing a pad.

I have tried just about every LBL product available and I really like these. Always discreet is exactly that discreet. I felt very confident while wearing these pads. They fit extremely well and have excellent odor control. I did receive a free sample to try this product from SheSpeaks and Always, however, my review is my own opinion.

Hello, I love the panties and the pads i have to use both together, here is my issue the large are too small as my lower is smaller then upper body but the XL is way to lose of a fit to keep from leaks if too lose they will leak... I wish you had a size larger then the large but not as big as the huge XL maybe instead of 3 sizes (s/m) (L) and (XL) maybe have a small and a med and a large and then a XL and XXL for those that might need a larger. I have such and issue over night i have to use the largest pad you make and put them inside the largest pantie you make, i wish u had a ""booster"" a pad with no plastic on the back so they can be used inside the pantie one once the Booster is full it would fill the pantie, other companies make these i only wish Always Brand did as well as i like your brand better they are more comfortable and smell better and do absorb more then others do.

I used Always bladder pads for years, beginning with liners and graduating to a thicker pad as the years passed. I. Loved wearing them, very comfortable and best of all they were thin not bulky. However, what I didn't know is that I had developed an allergic reaction to the pads. For years I had an extremely itchy vaginal area, so bad that it was practically raw. I received several samples of a competitors brand and decided to use them. Within 10 days the itching had stopped. Many others have had no problems with using always pads. And I don't know if I am the only one who had severe reaction to using Always or if there are others. Regardless I miss wearing them. I am sorry I can no longer use them.

If you're looking for an affordable and reliable way to get through your day or night this it it. I always get the protection I deserve from using this product. I have a lot of trouble with my bladder since having a child, so finding a product that discreetly helps to deal with the occasional leakage has always been a struggle until I came across this product. Out of all the leakage products out there this one is the most reliable especially at night, so I don't have to worry about laying in one position all night long. Love it!!
