After having two children I do have the occasional bladder leak when lifting or sneezing and I found these to be very absorbent and comfortable.

The glue on the pads stays put on my undergarments and provides me with leak proof protection. I use this pad for occasional leakage that I experience during the day while working and also going through my activities of daily living. These pads have no odor and are not too thick or too thin.

I expected so much more from the way this product was marketed.....the absorbency was poor..i leaked through and did not have a change of clothes at work...then the sticky part of the pad sticks to the panties and I had to literally pick the "paste" off....I will not buy this product again.back to poise....

The have great leak protection which helps to avoid leaks and accidents. Very rarely do I ever have an issue with leak protection when using this product. They’re not uncomfortable, and they’re a great quality purchase that doesn’t break the bank. Whether your periods are heavy or light, this product is perfect. I don't normally use pads for my period unless it's the beginning and the end, because we all know what that looks like! Tampons are just too much for those times, and these pads are the perfect fit for the nasty downtown beginning!

I got to a point where I would not wear them due to the subtle noise you heard of the liner when you walked. On these Always Discreet pads are so comfortable, quiet and hold perfectly without spillage. Working in a high walk & stand position this is very important to me. My daughter wore the Always Discrete pas and she loved the hold and less leakage.
