I love the long length and the thinness and absorbency of the pad. Occasionally the adhesive sticks to my underwear and I have to wash and dry the underwear before I can remove the adhesive. But that is a minor inconvenience compared to the protection and comfort I feel with these pads. They are a little thick but it's to be expected for the kind I bought. Sometimes I have leakage depending on different the situation unfortunately do to a medical issue and after wearing this all day it stayed dry and no odors from it.

I've tried others but eventually went to the always brand because I've always used them for period products. I have spurts now & then & if its a little heavy it seems l to leak right through to my panties and run down my legs. I tried the heavy but they were to long. So i guess I'll have to keep looking. I do recommend the zzz black underwear for night periods.

These seemed to work well for me in the beginning, but the package I have now(second one) is not doing so great. They do not stick well to my cotton underwear and when they come undone, there's no way to get them to stick again. I'm tempted to use super glue on them! When they come unstuck as I am pulling my pants down, they stick to my thighs or fold over on themselves and I end up getting everything wet trying to get them loose and sit down before I start leaking. It isn't cost effective if I have to use 3 or 4 a day! I will look for something different, I guess.

Holds the urinary leakage in place until she can get to a bathroom when on a long road trip. Also, it does not clump together and cause urine to get on her underwear as some would. Recommended by mom!
