They are the perfect panty liner for when your flow is lighter, when it's just starting or just ending. I was able to wear it with thong underwear even! They are very absorbent for their size! I'm recovering from pneumonia and the coughing can come on suddenly and severely and I often wet myself because of it. These have kept me dry and able to go do things without worry or having to run home and clean up/change. Fit is slim enough I can wear my regular underware.
