[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet Moderate Pads are great for light to medium leakage. These pads have given me some relief from leakage worries. I am currently going through menopause however I wish I had found these when I was menstruating as these give total protection without the worry of the pad bunching up and leaking. These pads are great I am so glad to have found them.

They are thin and fit comfortably for the most part. These are a bit long and go up my backside a tad more than I would like, but besides that they are a comfortable fit. Thin and discreet. Caught fluids and no concerns or leaks. They are scented, scent is a little strong but not overwhelming if that makes any sense.

They stay in place and are good for all day (or all night) wear. I recommend these for anyone dealing with occasional leaks.

On top of that its thin so there isn't a bulge or any signs that you're wearing a pad. Love this product.

I find these too long [labeled regular length] very stiff and not very comfortable. I cannot find a good selection of Always products in the store so I end up buying pads when I prefer liners. I will be going back to Tena . . . softer and more comfortable.

After having two children I do have the occasional bladder leak when lifting or sneezing and I found these to be very absorbent and comfortable.
