They pull moisture away from the body immediately and absorb a lot. Perfect for daytime wear. Very liberating for her as well. Not too bulky and cannot be seen under clothing. Overall a fantastic product. Fairly affordable and available everywhere. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the always discreet and moderate pads this past week and I do have to say I do like them. I like the easy they are formed to my body. And I like the fact that they are moderate because I am a bigger girl and I always need more then just the light flow or light panty liner pads. I cam use these for my menstrual cycle as well as I suffer from bladder leakage now and then. So they would be good for that also. I am impressed with these pads and I am going to recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Bought this product [ moderate ] to try because I have been using store brands and they are too thick for comfort at times. Don't use Tena or Poise way too much money. I am in love with your product , it has everything I have been looking for. I have been wearing pads for 15yrs. Just bought my second pkg. There are times when I need to change but most of the time 1 pad per day does it, same as the thicker pad. Love Always

The issue I have with them is that they scrunch up into the middle of my underwear and leave the sides exposed to getting blood on them. I generally go for pads with wings for that reason, but these work well for not having them. They also work very well for possible bladder leaks, and seem like they could hold a good amount of needed.
