As I have aged and now 49, also currently experiencing experiencing menopause I need something to aid In bladder leakage. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Discreet Moderate Pads is good for bladder leaks and have moderate coverage. The pads are a little thicker but still comfortable to use. They fit on underwear easily and stay stuck even when moving around. The pads quickly dry and do not leave the moisture which is good for any leakage.

I bought the 66 pad pack for moderate leakage . I was excitedbto try them as Always has a good rep on otherbproduct BUT this was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT! If i cough once the pad gets full if i happen to cough a second time the pad completely leaks and wet my clothes. ( i leak when i cough or sneeze) Will NEvER BUY AGAIN AND HIGHLY DO NOT DO NOT RECOMMEND

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are going to be great for the time of the month events. They are not too big and perfect size. They provide great coverage and great material. I like how they don't rip easily. They have a good smell to them too.

I was sent a sample to review and share my honest opinion of this product. I loved the feel to the pad and it absorbed wonderfully. I just had a heck of a time because no matter what I was wearing the stick strip just didn't stick to my clothes so the pad kept coming loose. I tried everything and nothing worked. And while I truly loved the way the product absorbed, I wouldn't buy them because of the sticking issue. My best friend had told me a couple months ago that she had the same issue with them so I know it wasn't just my package.
