[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Discreet Incontinence Pads for Women, Moderate Absorbency in 20 Count gives me an incredibly strong bladder leak protection that is barely noticeable under my clothes, and offer me up to 100% leak-free protection due to the presence of an unique absorbent core in these pads that absorbs leaks in seconds to keep my skin dry and comfortable for hours, which I love. The presence of two RapidDry layers in these incontinence pads form a boosted protection zone in the center, giving me extra protection where I need it most. Even with unexpected leaks, the LeakGuards help to keep wetness away from the sides, while the lightly-scented OdorLock technology neutralizes odors instantly and continuously. I have already recommended the Always Discreet Incontinence Pads for Women, Moderate Absorbency to many of my friends and family and several of them have already purchased and used these pads and are happy to use these pads since they offer them up to 100% leak-free protection due to the presence of an unique absorbent core in these pads that absorbs leaks in seconds to keep their skin dry and comfortable for hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was looking for a pad that was comfortable but not noticable. Both not noticable from the outside or when actually wearing it. Unfortunately I was not overly impressed with this item. It was not very comfortable.and did not stay in place well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Discreet Moderate Pads have made me comfortable in wearing pads. I got to a point where I would not wear them due to the subtle noise you heard of the liner when you walked. On these Always Discreet pads are so comfortable, quiet and hold perfectly without spillage. Working in a high walk & stand position this is very important to me. My daughter wore the Always Discrete pas and she loved the hold and less leakage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not all pads are created equal. Always Discreet Moderate pads are top shelf! They are not bulky or annoying so you barely know you are wearing them. But their greatest feature is how absorbent they are. While wearing them, I never have to worry that I will experience a leak. They are wonderful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely loved Always Discreet Moderate Pads! They were super absorbent so there were no leakage, which is quite frankly the most important feature of a product like this. They were also surprisingly comfortable… it did not make me feel as if I was wearing a diaper.
