I just had to write a review about this product after trying Tena and Poise. I used Poise for a long time but still ended up having accidents. Even using the moderate thick uncomfortable pads. When Always came out with this discreet pad I was reluctant to try it because they are "the period pad" company. Well I am really glad I did,this pad was put to the test one day in the dental office. I was having routine x rays done and I always gag when they try to x ray the back teeth. Well I gagged really bad and it caused me to leak, and not just a little. This happened about 4 times and all I could think was that my pants were going to be all wet because I leaked so much. As soon as I was done I went to the rest room to change and find out how embarrassed I would be walking around with wet pants There wasn't a drop of wetness on anything but that pad. That convinced me I would be buying these pads. I use the moderate long length. They are thinner then other moderate but hold so much more liquid. Good Job Always I am so happy to finally find a pad that works for me.

I do like how thin they are but im not one to be blessed with barely there days. I have light, then extremely heavy. My idea of light isn't as light as most so these don't do great for me, but they're good for those that do. My niece used some and loved them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads were very absorbent and I liked the short length. However, the adhesive was not sticky enough to stay in place and would move around. I have used other Always Discreet Incontinence pads and they worked a lot better for me than these.
