[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was looking for a pad that was comfortable but not noticable. Both not noticable from the outside or when actually wearing it. Unfortunately I was not overly impressed with this item. It was not very comfortable.and did not stay in place well.

I have tried other brands. This is the first one that does the job for me in the regular form. I have always had to buy the long ones for every other brand, but the regular is perfect and is exactly what fits and is comfortable and one I can trust to do the job it was designed for. Thank you for the product that is better than any other I have tried. Someone actually figured out what was needed. I truly appreciate this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These do their job and protect against leaks. They are easy to use. Sometimes it can get a little uncomfortable to point of little adjustment but other than that no complaints. I can stash them in my purse easily as well.

As an aging woman I have issues with my bladder every so often. I like these because they help to conceal those issues I even allowed my grandmother to use one and she preferred it over a competitor's brand we will both continue using these

They are perfect for when I feel I need a little more protection. There is no bulkiness so they're very comfortable to wear.

I've used Discreet moderate regular pads for years. I tried a couple of other brands and they just didn't compare to how good Discreet was. A few months ago, I thought my incontinence must be getting worse, because my pads were soaked and mushy feeling, which had never occurred before. Last week I found some older pads in my suitcase and realized that the new ones are different. Thinner, not as absorbent. I'll give it to you, that it's made me use more of the new ones, so thumbs up to your marketing group. BUT, I plan on trying some others brands again and maybe I'll find one that doesn't make me feel like I'm wearing a soggy diaper! So disappointed that you would make such a good product worse! Maybe you'll get enough complaints that you go back to the previous version.

This particular Discreet pad is a fantastic product. I love how the adhesive on the pad is full coverage. I can confidently wear knowing that it is securely placed. The pad itself is not bulky at all, but has great hold and capacity. I often forget that I'm wearing a pad due to the comfort!

They are super absorbent for any kind of heavy flow, I have not noticed any leakage into my pants or under ware. I don't have to worry about peeing when i sneeze as well which is an extra bonus being a women.
