[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet Moderate bladder pads have a nice scent so that you do not have an unpleasant smell from bladder leaks, has an elastic like side to keep leaks in the pad and not on clothing. Has a set texture and dies not chafe. One thing that I would like to be improved is that when you are a bigger woman, the pads scrunch up and move and come out of the underwear partially so I was very concerned that yhey would fall out in front of items on the floor. I also like that the pad is Discreet so Noone knows that you are wearing one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Always Discreet Incontinence Pads for about 2 weeks and can't believe how comfortable they are. And even though these pads are thin they act like the thick pads. They hold just as much liquid as the thick pads. I love the little tiny elastic along both edges so there is no leakage.

They are really comfortable and provide very reliable protection from bladder leaks to keep me and my clothes dry. They held up very well compared to others I've tried. (Regrettably, with which I've had numerous mishaps.) I love the rapid dry core. They are also super cute, and have a very nice scent. I've been a fan of Always from the time I received my first panty liner back in the '70s. Oddly enough the scent & protection haven't changed... Only the reason behind using the pads...
