We can assure that our products shouldn't cause any bleaching if the items were washed according to the care instructions, and the instructions on the package were followed. As well, no detergents on the market can completely remove color, so this color loss was most likely caused by bleach. If you used bleach in a previous load, some may have remained in the washer. Even if you don't use bleach, other products in your home contain bleaching agents, such as certain toothpastes, acne treatments, and hair dyes.
