I have used this several times, I like the flavor. The bottle is smaller than I'd like because I use it in a Cajun Lasagne recipe I have and end up having to use 2 plus bottles per batch. As with any pre-made sauce, buy what you like. It doesn't taste like Ragu or Prego so if you're all excited about it being the same, it's not, slightly stronger flavor.

We use this so so frequently. Toss it with some broccoli and chicken and elbow macaroni. My kids now consider this their Mac and cheese. My 17 years olds best guy friend loves it so much he went out and bought his own and asks for it every time he comes to our house lol

This is great Alfredo sauce with a hint of Parmesan Cheese. The sauce is rich and full of flavor. At our house we use it to add to pasta with leftover chicken and add broccoli or add chopped ham and green peas. Two very different meals from one jar but the best part it is good just added to pasta for a side dish too!

This is an excellent Alfredo sauce. It has now become a staple in my home and I resupply monthly. Cook up a pound to a pound and a half of hamburger and some diced yellow onion, seasoning salt if you desire,drain off any grease, poor one jar of the Bertolli, and then let simmer for a short time. Whether placed on egg noodles or fettuccine, it comes out great every time. Got leftovers? Just poor in a little bit of heavy whipping cream and reheat.

This is very good if you add fresh parmesan and Romano cheese to it. Melting them in not only adds much flavor it also thickened the sauce as it was too thin to my liking. I also added a good deal of fresh ground pepper as well as topped off the pasta dish with dried parmesan and Romano cheese which added a really nice "zing". It's probably four star for a grocery shelf item so that's why I gave it this rating. It doesn't compare to a good restaurant quality but it most certainly did after adding all the extras.

So I bought great value alfredo sauce and it was really thick and disgusting. I threw out the whole batch. Since I didn’t want to go through the expense of making it from scratch I decided to try this one. It’s not as good as homemade, but it’s good enough.

This is my go to brand when I don’t have time to make the sauce from scratch . When I flew back to NY to see Phantom of the Opera as it crossed the pond, a generous chef in Little Italy shared his family’s Fettuccine sauce with a 19yo California girl. It had a heavy whipping cream base, and this is the only commercially available version with that as its 1st ingredient and similar taste. Add a touch of nutmeg and Mithras cheese-yum!

I recommend using this sauce as an extender for your own. I had to add a considerable amount of seasoning and grated Parmesan in order to use it, but it did save me the trouble of making all the sauce I needed from scratch. I will choose"Recommend to a friend", but with the warning above.

I like to create different versions of homemade mac and cheese from scratch, as I make it 3 times a week. What I did this time, was to blend Bertolli's Alfredo Sauce as a base for the sauce, 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup, a little milk, minced garlic, chopped onion, 1 Tb. dijon mustard, dash of Paprika and cayenne, all stirred in to 2 cups cooked elbows plus 2cups grated cheddar: lastly added crushed potato chips for topping and baked @ 350 x 50 min. WOW!! Best mac and cheese EVER!!! Also fabulous with Linguine or Fettuccini along with cooked shrimp and sauteed veggies. Put on your chef's hat and GET COOKING!!!

My absolute favorite Alfredo sauce for more than a decade plus. We’re not huge friends of the red marinara sauce so we always use Alfredo on our pasta my son six years old loves this sauce. It’s his favorite to enjoy with the penne pasta. The flavor is very authentic, creamy and delicious.
