I use this toothpaste in the mornings (a different one in the evenings for sensitivity) and it always leaves me feeling fresh. As far as the whitening goes, my mom noticed after a few weeks if I had been whitening my teeth. I can’t say that I’ve noticed HUGE changes personally but I think it’s because it works a little bit every night so without before and after pics it would be kind of hard to tell. Overall I enjoy this toothpaste and would recommend it. Just know that if you have sensitive teeth like me that this will not help with that issue and you may need to consider a different toothpaste or alternate.

I have been alternating between the Optic White and a sensitive toothpaste based on past experience with whitening treatments. I picked "bad taste" under cons; it's just a very strong mint flavor. I will purchase in the future when I need a brightening in color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't waste your money. Colgate offers about 5 levels of Optic White Toothpaste. Each HIGHER PRICED level supposedly has more stain remover. The bottom level called "Stain Fighter" does the same job at half the cost. Yes they all remove stain, but the bottom level is no better or worse than THE HIGHER levels. They are just after your billfold on the higher priced Optic White varieties.

First I'll say I hate the taste of mint, but this toothpaste has a milder, more palatable mint taste that I don't mind at all. I love the way my teeth feel after brushing, they feel very clean and smooth, almost polished, even though the paste itself isn't gritty or textured. I feel like my breath is fresh and my entire mouth is clean for hours. I could see the whitening benefits almost immediately, noticing a real difference after the 4th use. It is a brilliant white without any bluish or greenish undertones, like I've experienced with other brands. I'm a smoker and coffee drinker and really appreciate the difference this has made with twice a day usage. I will continue using this product and highly recommend it.

Time will tell if the whitening of the teeth works! This is a must try for those thinking about trying a new tooth paste!

Normally, most are kind of the same or work good enough that I don't notice a difference, however the last Colgate product I reviewed changed my opinion of toothpaste and I never thought anything would be better but this is just as good!! It's better in the whitening department, cleans perfectly, gives great breath, and I feel secure knowing that my teeth & my family's teeth will be protected. So for testing the Optic White we used the toothpaste by itself for awhile then we started using the Optic White in the morning and our other Colgate toothpaste Renewal which became our favorite from testing it here, we use that in the pm hours & both work great together. I'm so happy to that we got picked to try this Optic White because it is amazing!!!
